Well if you look at population density maps and how the Republican/Democrat voter split is you'll notice that the Democrats are all tightly grouped up in cities and urban areas while suburbs and rural areas are Republican. So of course the Democrats are the ones getting infected, turns out more people = faster spread.

Well I really do hope that Donald Trump actually does this. If he does kill this bill then hopefully we can finally say 'good riddance' to the Patriot Act and that will be one of the many things from George W. Bush's legacy that no one will miss ever.
