Don't be skeptical. It happens far too often.

I have seen "trans-friendly" doctors prescribe HRT to obese, diabetic or otherwise completelly mentally unstable and/or autistic people. That last one is doubly important, because HRT can and will wreck people's mental state and make them exceedingly impulsive if they're not careful. If you look around in any troon community, you'll see them doctor shopping and asking for recommendations for doctors in their area that people already know will prescribe hormones with no questions asked to anyone who shows up complaining of dysphoria.

troons having meltdowns because they discovered that kiwis reposted and mocked their ugly selfies isn't a new thing, happened multiple times in the past already.

It's part that, and part just a result of the natural social dynamics among troons. Since the lolcows among troons are almost universally SJWs, they live and die on social media and clout.

Twitter may be their newspaper, their megaphone, their friend group and their gossip circle, but the Kiwifarms are their tabloid. We've got the juiciest scoops that they can use to try to "gotcha!" one another with, or just to laugh at others' misfortune. Because really, do you think those people genuinely mean it when they call a 600lb dangerhair MtF landwhale "cute" and "queen"? They need an outlet for their cognitive dissonance and the farms provide that service in spades.

Vozbosque is one of my own personal cows.
