Ron Toye AMA - Sheepdog avoids answering your questions

@Ron Toye

Nick has suggested that the Canuckleheads host a discussion between you and Ken Jennings, will you accept?

A celebration of the 1-year anniversary of the Threadnought will be held on June 6th. Will you make an appearance and if so, will you squawk 17-0 for us? On a related note, will newly licensed Texas attorney T. Greg Doucette be added to your legal team?

We are not in 250K worth of debt. I am not sure why this has been a rumor. We paid for everything ourselves until august, I believe, and then our insurance stepped in and has covered everything else and will continue no matter how long this plays out. So, we are not in any debt.
No, we have been paying our costs. We paid them out of pocket up until august, around 50K and then our insurance stepped in. I didn't realize they would cover a lawsuit or I would have filed it earlier. They will continue to cover it no matter how far this goes because I have a massive amount of coverage. That is why we are not in debt like some mention. I am not sure why people think sony or funi would cover a cent of someone else's legal costs. We also shut down any attempts to publicly fund our actual legal defense. I know Nick went off for a while because he got confused by a single line item in one of the bills but he would know better if he ever worked a serious lawsuit. Funimation is the first named defendant in the lawsuit so the title of the line item had funimation but was not indicating that they paid for the line item. I would have loved it if they would have covered a dollar of our costs but they haven't paid a cent of our costs or fees. Neither has any of our friends.

Ron, you claim that your insurance has covered everything since August and that you shut down any attempts to publicly fund your legal defense. If so, why did your lawyer promote a GoFundMe by T. Greg Doucette to purchase one of the court transcripts in September?

In total, T. Greg collected $4,655 from the public to purchase several transcripts and he was very proud that his name appeared on the court reporter's record showing that he paid her to produce it. How do you reconcile the massive amount of coverage you say you have with your lawyer waiting for T. Greg to crowdfund the documents you need for your legal defense so he can get them at a lower rate later on?

Nick played the deposition videos, even though there was an agreement not to share those, Ty admitted to sending them to Nick, in those Videos we get to see Vic admit to sleeping with Prostitutes, Cheating on His Fiancee maybe 50 times, demonstrate Pulling Jamie's hair and what he might have whispered in her ear, Admit he doesn't recall if he was fired from his first job out of college for inappropriate relationships with students, and much much more. The worst thing that happened to Vic was Nick.

The agreement was that you, Monica, and Jamie, wouldn't record or distribute the live stream of Vic's deposition that you were watching. Given how terrible you think his deposition was, why are you so upset that everyone got to see it? I think you're just mad that your insurance didn't pay for the video and the GoFundMe did, and the public liked what they saw.

Hey @Ron Toye , where should my wife and I go for vacation? Pagosa Springs CO or Portland Maine?
Put yourself in Ron's shoes my boy, which place has the most remotes and dogs to kill?

We keep separate accounts and a joint account for bills. The reason we are not officially married is schedules. We own a house together have been together for almost 6 years . Marriage is a piece of paper and a party at this point.
That's a dumb reason to not get married. I literally only have free time when I get to sleep for three to four hours a day and I'm still getting married.

You should really just tell the truth at this point. One or both of you are scared of marriage because of your past. I get you tried really hard to change that. Hell I'm the only one who believes you here since I'm the one that has stated time and time again that you actually talk to your ex wife now and your son and even have photos with them and her daughter, but you have to face facts. No matter what you do you always show you have control issues. You obviously never got that sorted out.

"Does Not Recall" Remember what you all said about me saying those words? Also, have you reviewed the takedown letter? He admits to kissing her he just assumed it was consensual. He is hiding behind the fact he did the stuff he just feels it was consensual. He doesn't get to determine that. I can post the screenshot here if you would like. Did you find the place about him Not recalling why he was fired from his first job out of college?
You’ve got to be kidding me. Are you seriously trying to justify you not recalling those hundreds of tweets you made months prior to your deposition by bringing up Vic not remembering what happened 20 to 30 years ago? Are you seriously that dumb?
She is free to do what she wants. If she feels like leaving reviews she can. She has her reasons. But, this is different than what I mentioned on the podcast the other day. If this was my attorney or the attorney who talked me into suing people, I would come out publicly and state I do not support the actions of my legal team. That is what I was talking about for an apology. Not for what the fans have said, or his supporters, but the people he trusted that went on a crusade of "mutual assured destruction" Ty's words. The apology would show he wants to distance himself from that type of behavior. You all might not like it but Monica is very respected in the industry. She is loved and adored by so many people and the actions of his legal team and Nick pretty much murdered any chance he had at a comeback. If they would have been professional, didn't do nightly hate videos, asking for people to make lives miserable, turned in half way decent legal filings, he would have still lost but at least wouldn't look like he condones vile treatment of women. Nick's videos were getting close to a million views and in those videos that Nick blasted to the world it can be heard over and over that Vic was accused of "rape" while no defendant accused him of that and there are tweets in the record where I cleared that lie up.

I will check them out. I haven't seen any of those shows.
I'm just curious, Ron. If you thought Nick was the worst thing to ever happened to Vic despite you calling him a predator multiple times on Twitter and even threaten to sue him (funny how that worked out), what would you have done to allow Vic be welcomed back in the anime industry in good graces? How would you have helped Vic? Because if I remember, when Ty asked you what your idea of help was at your deposition, you said you weren't sure.
