This is almost exactly what happened in Baltimore though after the Freddie Gray "peaceful protest" the cops simply stopped patrolling and the city hit murder record after murder record while the local hoteps whined the police didn't care about black people.
Like I said, it's not justice until the cops and their families are dead.
Anyone rioting or looting will be shot. It doesn't have to be difficult. Entire crowd unruly? Mow down entire crowd. They'll get the point eventually.
