In addition, there's some more grisly things to consider. You know how child molesters or wife beaters are usually "green lights" when they go to prison? (Green light = GO ahead and ... kill them.) Like you know how it's a sad(ish) reality of life that that shit just happens, there's always one person in the system that's just angry (and stupid) enough to want to get that sweet xbox achievement for beating up a chomo in the yard? (In fact it's seem as a badge of dishonor to NOT do so.)

What are the odds that someone out there in the ether, or on here even, is so bent out of shape by this that they're gonna take the a-logging to levels never before seen? I'd say 100%. Phil just makes people go autistic no matter what corner of the internet they're from. What kind of horrible revengeance are spergs gonna seek because of this? I'd say it's a good bet that someone out there with way too much time on their hands is more than willing to fuck with Phil and his circle on new autistic levels because of this outcome. Start up harassment campaigns, flood his shit 24/7, put up signs IRL saying what he is ("And why this should make you angry!") mass flagging, ddos and other dumb monkey shit.

That's another sad reality of this drama. Can't stop it, you can sure discourage it all you want. All you can really do is grab a beer, stand back, and watch it burn.

Disclaimer: Phil is not a pedo nor does he hit his horse. I am not remotely implying that he is or that he anything he has done is even comparable.

Nah can't see it happening. It'll be confined purely to here and twitter the "outrage" or whatever you want to call it.

Life is still good for me, I'd still hate to be Phil as his life seems like the world's slowest flush down the toilet. Even with his "win" his life is something to be mocked. Friendless, married to a cheating gold digger, even his cat hates him, parents ashamed of him but cater to his pathetic financial needs, entirely reliant on a fan base who need to be continually convinced of the "us against them" narrative every single day - honestly, this happening to Phil might be a bad thing long term.

Why? Well if lots of detractors are throwing in the towel, there's less attention on Phil. In turn there's less likely gullible fans to be sold on the "us against them" narrative. There's likely less troll tipping of there's less detractor attention. This in turn means less daily income for Phil. Phil's relevancy has relied on the detractors as much as his stupid actions, let's be realistic here. So I can picture Phil really trying to entice detractor attention again if all of my theories (or even some) come to fruition.

I ain't been following DSP that much since the escort saga. I don't get the whole LSP thing. Sure it is a parody but why waste money on shoutouts and give DSP more attention? This makes DSP sound right in some cases.

Because people enjoy it, it's not that hard. For you it's a waste of money, for others it's a fun joke worth their money. And nobody thinks because of these cameos better of phil, nobody will watch his streams because of them. It's just an inside joke for a big group. Now if phil was a more competent communicator, he could make a funny answer to each of them, and that would for sure help him. But if this would be something phil could do, he wouldn't have this whole subforum here.

It would have been funny a few years ago, especially during the peak of THYDP and his fap incident but now it's not really worth it, he is boring. But whatever floats ya boat.

I know that 'No shit is too minor,' but following Phil for enough has you analyzing the absolute dumbest shit, like whether or not he came on stream smelling like pee on a Monday or whether he makes his stupid fucking sauce or what ear he put ear medicine in or what ｒｅｔａｒｄ gave him what vidya game.

I'm not judging, at one point I was taking all this in and becoming a walking dictionary of the profoundly boring minutia of Phil's person. I talk with my girl about Phil and many other cows (we both have accounts here) and occasionally tell her how much I detest knowing all these stupid little details about this stupid little Polish man and she essentially says 'fucking finally, I hate when you talk about Phil. I don't mind listening but holy fuck is it boring and stupid.'

I love a good trashfire like every other person. I love seeing shitty people get owned or have breakdowns. Didn't happen this time. About the only thing that really keeps me browsing the Phil subforum is his hilarious WWE addiction/denial. Other than that, I just skip through the highlights of the general thread. Without the bankruptcy shenanigans Phil is just an incredibly boring, annoying streamer that ｒｅｔａｒｄｅｄ people seem to love giving money to.　
Also, Jesus fucking Christ, that vest is the most annoying thing this pulp-brain stream has ever done.

I've tried getting in to Phil over the years, most notably after "the incident", but found him incredibly boring. I started following him at the beginning of the foreclosure saga, because that was some funny shit. The bankruptcy was like icing on the cake. Now? I keep up on those threads and Champions but that's about it. He's back to being boring. I scroll through the general thread highlights but not much entertainment there. It was fun while it lasted.

I think following Phil is like watching Springer or any old trashy 90's talk/reality show thing. You want to watch to see people who are trainwrecks doing/saying dumb things, but after watching a few episodes, you realize they all behave pretty much the same and the content becomes predictable which lessens some of the initial impact, but you can still get a kick out of people making idiots of themselves.

Basically, I pop into Phil's thread with the mindset of "let's see what dumb thing Phil said/did today" and that's about all the investment I want to put into him. He's also one of the cows I think is the most fun to speculate about because his mindset is really so twisted by greed/paranoia/gout

For me, he's also a "safe" cow to unwind with. I always save his thread for last because it is pretty easy to hop into his thread and get a feel for whatever dumb thing he recently did. It doesn't require as much prior knowledge as some other cows, and for me, Phil is so insignificant that he doesn't get on my nerves like some other cows, who are actively harming people. I know Phil makes way more money than he should, and it can sometimes be obnoxious, but eh, I learned not to be bothered by that ages ago. It sucks, but it's an unfortunate truth that there are a decent amount of people who earn way more than they should/deserve. I think Phil bothers me less than those people is because Phil still ends up miserable despite all that, plus he's generally regarded as a joke.

I felt this way during, and especially after, the escort saga. Everyone buying wholesale into anything anyone on the internet said just made me realise how the biggest lolcows in DSP's sphere are the a-logs. We have a few other people on the site with similar issues, WingsOfRedemption being a prime example.

I feel you. The bankruptcy killed any interest and I only stick due to old habits and my need to spot stupid when I see it. I can also have that by watching flat-Earth-debunking videos and somehow ended up in lots of videos about Star Wars lore. And why not? Way more interesting than the ever repeating, never improving individual which is Dave. His actions are disgusting but there is no reward for headaches. Nobody can help him, the point of being even ironically funny is long over and the only remaining DSP content I'm interested in is written and spoken opinions about the goutfather.

Phil is very repetitive,Pargon said it about a year ago but there is only so many times that you can be entretained by talking about the begging,the lying,the Dr.Robotnik body,the toxicity,his autistic mannerism,how bad he is at games,etc. You come to this forum and find that today he has lied about something while being toxic about it,the thing about Phil is that because he never leaves his internet bubble or his house he is never confronted about his bad behaviour so it gets boring to just hear him lie and be toxic while playing games as a boomer. He always does the same things while never leaving his safe space,there are small moments that make you laugh your ass off but after a while that stops(for the most part) because its always the same.

I think they should add Phil as a DLC character to the new Streets of Rage game. When you play as him, you'll have infinite lives, but your score will periodically deplete in large chunks for no apparent reason.

Nah they should just make him one of the level one enemies. Or I guess a palette swap of Big Ben but with the begging vest. Every time he hits you your cash dips.
