Why are they just assuming that thugs is referencing only black people by saying it's code for a slur, racist much? Not once while reading Trump's tweet did it seem like he was talking only about black people as thugs. Probably related to that annoying mentality of everything being a dog whistle for something more sinister that the left loves to use when people rightfully don't understand their frothing rage against things like pepe or the ok hand sign.

CNN reporter arrested this morning live on air for trespassing an area they shouldn't have been while covering the riots after being told multiple times not to trespass by officers

CNN: "Look how corrupt and racist the cops are under Trump. They want to erase first amendment rights and a person of color. He was just doing his job! He did nothing wrong!!!"

But the reporter has since been released under the Governors orders and said it was "unacceptable".
But oh boy, CNN is gonna have a field day with this one.

With the EO, Trump had to do something because Twitter is editorialising- against the law.
Yet, it won't come to pass because of other laws.
I don't know what people have expected. Something needs to be done about the "public square", but it's slighted by virtue of its ownself.

What even is the right solution to the social media censorship problem? (California delenda est.)

It revolves around section 230, but that's a massive can of worms that can't really be touched or enforced because government is big, bad, and slow.

Anything done by EO will get fucked by the courts, no law will ever get passed and it will just be a poison pill. The banks are full of kikery and have more legal protections than they should and there's too many regulations to make a new market.

Outside the last resort of burn it all down and rebuild, what is there?
