um well he may have fucked with people's money and committed a crime but come on dude straddling his neck after tackling him the ground was unnecessary. he was already subdued. im not saying the victim is a saint but check fraud and arrest for check fraud shouldn't result in being straddle choked to death. what police did was wrong and unneccesary just like what the looters are doing is wrong and unnecessary.

He died of a heart attack, the cop was suspended, the cop was being investigated, the cop was being prosecuted. THis happened in the span of 3 days and people are rioting because the cop wasn't sentenced and excecuted imeadiately. The only way to prevent this is allow us blacks to lynch whomever the fuck we feel like and throw out the legal system.

I don't even think violent resistance would be met with that type of force, at the very least bullets make it less painful and they pass in a hospital after attempting to recover.

Yeah looks like the Atlanta protestors are just sticking to fucking up the CNN building, which is hilarious given CNN's kid glove treatment of the protestors and rioters over the last few days. Looks like they also broke a window.

EDIT: I feel for everyone commutting downtown today. Even when there's nothing going on Atlanta traffic is horrible. Can't imagine how much this protest has fucked it up.

Notice the keyword combined effects. If I rubbed an asthmatic's face with 12 stray cats while he was exercising, and he dies of a severe asthmatic attack, I'm still responsible. If the police had arrested him, and hauled him off to jail, and he died of a heart attack, say 48 hours after being arrested, then no one would be at fault.
