At worst, he said something to the effect of "if they start looting, there will be shooting", which either is in reference to people defending themselves (in which case it's a simple saying) OR he's talking about using force via the National Guard (which he is perfectly justified to use in the case of civil unrest on this scale). Trump created what's possibly the most aggresive political dissonance among parties and ideologies I've ever seen. Both sides are so full of retarded people clinging to memes and passive-aggressive little tweets as a replacement for actual politics that make this whole feud between the state and a private company high on their own gas look so petty and dangerous at the same time.
