Best way to light a skyscraper is to start on a higher floor with a lot of fuel (office supplies are pretty decent at that). The higher the floor, the harder it is for firefighters to combat it from the ground, though the closer it is to the roof the less damage it'll do since fires like to climb up, not down. Like mentioned above, only problem is modern skyscrapers have top-notch fire suppressing systems to combat that.

tl;dr The Towering Inferno is a good movie but it's over 40 years old and unfortunately skyscrapers are built better now :(

Just having uncontrolled blacks with rights in your country cause this, has nothing to do with China paying anything. The blacks resent Canadians even though we took them in to escape slavery they are a spiteful people.

Get a floor 2/3s the way up, light the entire thing up so that the supports weaken, then the higher floors will collapse and cascade down. That is how the towers fell, they basically removed a floor and all the floors higher up fell on the lower ones.
