We had mostly peaceful protests where I live. Only damage was the windows in a Target got busted and then the police told everyone to disperse afterward, but other than that, people here seemed to know that destroying shit doesn't make change happen. Not that it would make much difference... the mall they were by is going to be torn down in the next couple months anyways, so it wouldn't have been a huge loss. But I'm grateful that people here aren't resorting to violence. (Yet.)

And they were also wearing face masks, too, so even when protesting they're still mindful of Corona, lmao.

Good to know that the police in your area won't tolerate that nonsense.

I hate to say it, but a few busted windows is nothing compared to the shit we've seen.
