The curfews give the authorities and local administrations additional cover to perform... actions.

One of the sad angles to a lot of this is that many of these people think they have a lot of people on their side. But just that one video of the crying woman describing the fear as they burned down her local Office Max completely undoes any sympathy the masses have for these protests.

The rioters poison the well thoroughly and deeply. People are annoyed at what happened to George Floyd. And the buck stops there.

and half my co workers are off this weekend including me. yes protesting about not having ppe cops try and disburse in an hour some dude gets killed in Minnesota in the middle of coivd19 restrictions let's not piss off the protesters. hope these jackasses enjoy the long we waits.

This! The people in power should have done everything in their power to contain the problem before it exploded like it did. If they did there were have been a few, if annoying, protests that would died away until the next black was killed by white devils the police.
