If I thought the groypers were actual TradCaths, I'd agree. I generally think they are just larpers, using the aesthetic and giving them an easy explanation for the opinions they hold that they can't justify using debate tactics other than 'it's my religion'. And knowing a few TradCaths, all they seem to want is a Latin Mass and Benedict back as Pope. I'm sure there are some who want a Catholic monarchy, but I don't honestly think most people would try to make that happen.

Nick is a fairy who used the Catholic Church for his flamboyant purposes, just like how the friends of Francis, so to speak, use it for their own ends, like that fake orphanage his pal Grassi started so he could touch more little boys. Not all gays are bad, to be obvious, but some are all bad or largely bad, and their gayness is part of it.

Could be. I find that a lot of the groypers, as well as many people who get heavily involved in these types of political movements, are just people along for the ride. They want some cause to believe in, or they want to get laid, or they just want to seem badass. I mean, look at how many antifa members act like WWII partisans and think they're fighting some great war. Male feminists are constantly exposed as perverts. The TWP was made up of a bunch of wignats with nothing better to do. Historical political movements were never made up of 1000s of individual intellectuals who all came to the same conclusion, but rather a select few leaders and a legion of followers. Modern movements are the same way, but are just a bit less forthcoming about it. The groypers are the same. They have a cause they follow, they do as the others do, and whether or not any of it makes any sense, it gives them some degree of purpose.

Nick Fuentes walks into a riot zone with 6 other people, some wearing clown masks, and deliberately tries to antagonize the media. Keep in mind that the establishment has been working overtime to frame "white supremacists" as the primary instigator of the riots. This kid is either very fucking stupid or (at the risk of sounding tinfoil hat) there is something much darker going on here.

Yet another bad optics situation. From the coverage I've seen, they are trying to blame the MPLS riots and fires on MAGA, Nazis, KKK, etc. Enter Fuentes, of Charlottesville and Cookie Monster fame. Not only is he at one of these events, but gets on TV. Immediately gives the media an excuse to blame the riots on the right. Couldn't he have just stuck with the catbois?

Here's an interesting clip from his show, in which he reveals lots of important information, two bits of information reveal potentially illegal stuff.
I will give you the highlights:
  • During the first 20 seconds, Nick talks about how much he likes the music of well-known snitch SixNine.
  • Later on, Nick admits that he is a public nuisance at night, he likes listening to music while driving across the city and blasting it, he doesn't seem to have any remorse or qualms about it, except when he drives near where he lives, perhaps because he fear retaliation
  • At 1:44 Nick mentions that he has enough money to move out, but choses not to, he talked in the past about how convenient is living at home with mom.
  • At 3:08 Nick talks about the type of music he likes, this seems to come from a place of resentment, a bit edgy, but not as edgy as the hapa lolcow negative xp/school shooter.
  • At 3:28 Nick admits to speeding in a residential area.
  • At 4:11 Nick talks a bit about how nice his parents are, which is weird, considering how he takes adventage of his mom to do the chores and hates the family dog.
  • Between 4:28 and 5:30 he talks about what's is like growing up in a yuppie suburb. He makes a reference to white bread that I don't get because I'm not American. He doesn't seem to get along with most people he knows.
  • At 5:40 Nick talks about bragging about how much money he has in his bank account.
  • At 10:02 Nick mentions that he wants to buy a cybertruck, a bit later he talks about how and when he wants to start bragging about wealth, and at 10:58 he talks about how people owe him respect for his wealth and status, and how he wants to be a rich douchebag.
  • At 12:15 he has some narcissistic brag.
  • At 12:55 he has a Dick Masterson moment, bragging about his status in high school.

Such a humble and nice Christian. He'll fit right alongside Jack Scalfani for sure. Makes me wonder if he attends the Catholic version of Mega Churches?

Honestly, at this point, the whole TradLARP seems like a really strange self-handicap to his ego. What is traditional about anything he said in this? I thought being traditional is being a productive and morally positive member of society. Believing in Christ, family first, your people first, your nation first and not being degenerate or hedonist. Alongside self improvement and becoming a better person so you can uphold your culture and values. While also getting yourself a good girlfriend-then-wife so you can make a happy and healthy family and make kids.

What Nick is trying to come off seems really too hard to come off as 'cool and edgy' to zoomers, traditional is not what comes to mind. I guess that's why his fanbase eats it up since he has as much swagger as a SoundCloud rapper. They're just a bunch of posers who sometimes honor the idea of being traditional but don't even practice it, or think having emojis in their usernames is how you do it.

He may as well just go the way of Gavin McInnes or Dick Masterson (as you said) and brag about how many bitches he supposedly has in bed with and all the alcohol and red meat he loves to consume.
