In this situation, you have to decide what is more important:

- The fuckers looting and destroying everything hardworking Americans built, maintained and worked in
- The Americans that abhor this shit

Every day they let these people continue to destroy things that better people built and maintained, it's a failure on the government itself.

Start using live rounds. Call me MOTI, but that might put the fear of God into these pieces of shit.

While these Riots have been exceptional, compared to historical precedent, they don't really stack-up.

That being said, if you are in a City of a Blue State, you may want to consider moving out of the city at your earliest possible convenience. Self-Defense laws in many such regions are particularly shitty, and the Law is not particularly kind to those who have to protect themselves during the periodic breakdowns of public order.

It is no small secret that cities in general can be wracked with sudden lawlessness in ways that rural areas cannot be by their very nature (less densely populated, less mass transit, etc.) A move of just a few miles can make all the difference in the world when it comes to Urban crime problems. Yes, you still have the problem of actually defending yourself, but the threat of a random mob breaking in and stealing your shit is significantly less.

The best solution of course is to immigrate to a State that actually respects one's right to protect themselves (and their property). The aphorism, An Armed Society is a Polite Society, is a good rule of thumb for a reason. Just don't bring Blue State politics with you.

Also, as a polite reminder to those who are feeling down: Twitter does not represent reality, Celebrities are dancing monkeys who are not paid for their intelligence, and the mainstream media has had negative amounts of influence for years now. Their opinions do not matter, their bail money will be taken when their precious bailee's skip town, and this will all be forgotten about in a couple of months.

Nah, Condemned 2 was about a cult trying to make people riot because something about it was human and putting metal into peoples throat to make them shout like in skyrim.

Can confirm from friends/relatives in the Metro Detroit area that everything is business as usual outside the city. Any rioting was limited to within the People Mover's radius, which is 12 blocks of nothing that was all shut down anyways. Suburbs are all undisturbed and Wal-Marts & Targets remain intact.
