Just read the summons. I was charged with “walking on the highway” and “disorderly conduct - blocking vehicular traffic.” Mind you, I didn’t block any traffic. The road was already obstructed by the police and the protesters. All I did was record it.

No, the difference is whether he would have persisted to block it and would have stayed there if vehicles were trying to go through. This is actually a shitty excuse to arrest journalists (not sure whether this guy was a formal journalist or what, doesn't matter)

Yong Yea moved to LA and became a vidya voice actor a few months ago, and after that he has been chilling and running defense like crazy for different companies, have had my irritation with him since then.
