The race riots of the late 60s causes significant white flight and were one of the reasons many inner cities became crime filled hell holes in the 70s and 80s. These riots aren't as bad as them, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a similar flight. Why as a business owner would you wan to rebuild in any of these places? The only real options I can think of is extreme loyalty, too poor to do so elsewhere, and I'm sure some retards will do it for pure wokeness sake. I expect many people who can leave, will leave.
