The fact that you, as a person, can get along with another person has no bearing on the fact - and it is a fact - that as a whole the black community and the white community cannot get along, and that ethnically diverse societies always form along racial lines and tensions always spurts up. This is dumb beyond dumb, since cities are more than just buildings- like what's been said before, destroying an old neighborhood is akin to cutting down an old forest- which is the product of experiments and failures, and which may not bounce back.
