So let me get this straight:
a) the guy was on drugs, the police restraint cause increased stress on his already buzzing heart and he had a heart attack. No damage to his neck but the general stress of the situation was still enough to label the thing a homicide as if he wasn't restrained so badly he wouldn't have had the stress on his heart.
b) the force of the cop's knee crushed the guy's neck plus the pressure on his back from other officers. He suffocated and died, directly the officer's fault and a homicide.
One has to be lying, but either way the answer is still it's homicide? To me it sounds like if the family waited a little longer there would still be enough evidence that it was the cop's fault he died in the first place.
Now someone has lied somewhere and it's gonna turn into even more of a shit show just though people trying to prove or disprove if this is some inside coverup by the police/government or if it's a payed for lie to try and prove a point on race politics. Brilliant.

Which is fair. The police acted dangerously and should be held to task for it, but like after the Boston Massacre, I want it done by an impartial jury of one's peers, not a bloodthirsty mob demanding a corpse. Unfortunately, said bloodthirsty mob has less faith than did our forefathers honorable justice is possible even during a time when half the people in Boston were ready to commit a murder in broad daylight of British soldiers.

Black-owned firms thrived under Jim Crow. After Jim Crow, black-owned firms had to compete with white-owned firms and lost in basically every industry. Who runs most of the businesses now in black areas? Asians (including Indians) and Arabs,.
