It’s easy for these brands because they are not really being affected. It’s not thier businesses going up in smoke, it’s not thier livelihood being put in danger. So a store burns down with thier products in them? It’s fine! Because we have other places to sell our shit!

The edgier alt right racists on Kiwi will mark me as dumb for saying this, but I actually have a lot of respect for Africans, generally speaking. African people have been very friendly, kind, and trustworthy to me. And they work hard. The middle class ones that come to America anyway, probably not the ones from poverty over there that don't integrate.

The problem is African Americans grew up with a history of slavery, even if it really doesn't affect their life today directly they live under its cultural narrative which the left wing exploits to make them feel helpless and oppressed in order to get elected. That's why they keep smearing Trump as a racist. He's far from enlightened but a run of the mill racist, no way. You have distant echoes of slavery, encouragement from the American left, and a militarized police force that is focused on protecting police officers at the expense of the citizenry, combine that all together and you get a powder keg.

Also, the right wing clings to keeping pot illegal for no good reason, and since getting high is a given in african american culture, and given how militarized our police are and how they like to take their anger out on civilians... not good.

Also, African American culture is hostile to "white" things like an education and shit. They keep themselves down further thanks to the narratives the left plays with.

HPE is infected with the virus already, almost all sales management is either female or minority, we get monthly emails telling us about how inclusive they are, we have Employee resource groups that effectivley acts like school clubs for minorities, except you can count the time at them as work time. The head of U.S. sales is about to be replaced with someone who works in marketing and thanks to her advice the company thinks it's smart to call your clients atleast once a day regardless of their schedule. Since she's a woman of color we can't say shit against without being called racist. The kicker is no matter what management does we always get a question during company meeting about the lack of POC's in the company. I'd be suprise if it lasted till next year.
