Can we make a taxpayer fund for these people to be shipped off to places like Haiti and Somalia? They’d probably like it, it’s culturally enriching.
I gotcha fam. About 400 pages ago I mentioned Liberia...
Jersh did also, then his Twitter got locked (again)

Been getting into 'debates' with morons that I know tangentially who unironically think that all of this is just fine. When I told them that if anyone tried to burn my town or burglarize my home, that I would shoot them, they responded with: "Wow so your response to a visceral, raw protest is violence, good to know, real tight"

I have been watching my country burn and be ransacked for four fucking nights straight. These are not 'visceral, raw protests', this is a fucking uprising and hell yes, if they want to outsource their stupid bullshit to my neck of the woods, I will defend it. How anyone can continue to make excuses to try and vindicate this animal behavior is totally beyond me. I'm having a hard time viewing these savages as 'people' anymore, there is nothing peaceful about this. And as far as I am concerned, anyone taking part or making excuses or supporting this behavior is now the enemy, not only my enemy but responsible for domestic terror.
Those are the people you shoot first before anyone else when laws stop mattering. They will sell you out to the mad max rape gangs.

Honestly wish I have a gun now just in case even though I'm hours away from a city. I've just been scared of them and there's always the thought of it accidentally going off while I'm holding it.
I don't think I could possibly live with the guilt of killing someone either, even if it is done in self defense.
Take a CCW class, even if you don't want to conceal carry. If at the end of it you still don't feel comfortable enough to have one at all, that's fine. But you'll probably get over the fear and educate yourself enough to have confidence in at least having a weapon for home protection.

I thought a big reason why people in cities don't immediately move to the suburbs was because suburban living is significantly more expensive.
With the way rents/food/everything is going in large cities like NYC/SF/LA while gas prices are still low, I don't think there's that much of a difference anymore. Plus cities become significantly harder places to live once you get married and want children.

Itm right be the case for mid-sized cities, but they tend to be far worse places to live (and their attractions can still be accessed by car).

Plus, once the electric revolution rolls around, the cost of running a car will drop significantly.

Guns arent magic toys of the devil that randomly go off. Go to any gun store, tell them what you are worried about and I guarantee the guy behind the counter will know a guy who owns a range that will show you how to properly use the thing.

Goddamnit rate me mad at the internet but people have no sense of scale.

The dude on MSNBC just said that 11 people have died at the hands of cops in MPLS in the last 10 years... like that's one a year. Give us a sense of scale. Bring in Steve Fucking Kornacki.

This is the worst coverage.

But I still want to see Don Lemon horse-whipped through the streets.
