And even with whites, or any ethnicity, initially you will see mobility as you give everyone an education and allow them to move up but eventually they will stratify based on DNA so over the lone run, the poor will be poor because they are on avg dumber and likewise more violent. So it's the other way around. crime is correlated to poverty but it's not the cause. DNA is the confounding variable that causes both the poverty and the crime.
