Hello, newcomer here but been lurking around this thread since I think October last year.
I was sorta a "friend" to Manda back when she used her "LadyALT" name but after I got a look at her "artwork" of her and this green goblin thing she seems to fancy, I was more than uncomfortable. But the moment I offered her advice on how to get better when she asked for it, she pretty much cussed me out so I got the heck outta there. Ever since looked her up on ED and some tumblr blogs, I knew she wasn't pleasant to be around. Thank god I never art traded with her, I wouldn't want anything for me in her ugly style.
But wow, after catching up on this forum she has really dug herself into a deeper pit of despair, she would have dug her way into Hell right about now. lol. So glad I dodged a bullet with her. I hope alot of others would do the same.

What's the real point of posting on pixiv though? I'm sure many weebs have tried to get a foothold there and maybe have a small english-speaking weeb community, but the site's primary audience and userbase are japanese. There's nothing to accomplish there, the language barrier means the only interaction (if any) she'll get would be from other english-speakers putzing around on that site, essentially the same audience she has on DA and FA already. Why look at pixiv when she's already on those sites that are easier to access for english-speakers? Not that I expected this to be thought out or anything, I just find her whole thought process baffling.

It was someone who took one of her exceptionally ghastly looking self portraits of the time and gave it decent shading and colors. The result is...something. Felt like it was a little too funny for me to keep it locked away.
