I've got mixed feeling on it. i personally think that most of them don't deserve a cent. Sure, there are families who have had a history with slavery, but 90% of people who hard on about it don't deserve shit. I also don't think it would be enough and people wouldn't be satisfied.

It could calm things down and, as someone else joked, might actually boost the economy.
