The civil rights movement is a result of the United States refusing to actually deal with the results of the Civil War in regards to freed slaves being treated barbarically. Refusing to allow them to vote, allowing lynchings, and taking steps to keep them in a state of poverty are undeniable. And yeah, it all happened because of
Racism against Blacks
. It's that same racism that operates in high places that makes selling weed a jail sentence for Tyrone, but allows Jerry the pharmacist to give you enough Oxy to sedate a herd pigs.
My advice to you is to use the scientific method to check your arguments and focus on things that could prove you wrong, rather than just wait for your turn to talk ineffectually during a debate.

Civil rights narrative. Same narrative as white privilege is responsible for blacks under-preforming today.
1. Slavery had nothing to do with 'race' or "racism". It was purely economic and the black slavers were basically the equivalent of the Mexican day laborers today working the jobs white people didn't want.
2. While the blacks were slaves, whites had contact with them and they could tell there were massive differences, even among poor uneducated whites vs poor uneducated blacks. This made it impossible to ever integrate the blacks into white society.
3. White northerners forced citizenship through the 14A and southern whties had to enact jim crow to protect themselves. prevent blacks from voting or gaining political power.
4. civil rights movement, muh racism, muh oppression. blah blah blah
5. crime exploded once blacks got their "freedom," cities that got black politicians weren't better, they became total failures like Detroit and the smarter blacks left the communities to live in white neighborhoods turning the black neighborhoods into the wastelands we see today. Although most blacks that lived under jim crow are dead today, you can find some that will tell you they preferred jim crow
6. lynchings are exaggerated, most were justified. A Time to Kill was propoganda and in the real life story it was a black man that raped a white girl. of course.
7. so everything about the jim crow narrative has been proven false. Instead of admitting that DNA is real, you want to science deny by labeling us as "racists."

My sides are in orbit right now. There is no way you're for real. If so I am actually impressed at your sped like ability to avoid reality by listing things that are actual racism, and then claiming they aren't racist because otherwise the sheer cognitive dissonance might kill you.

I don't have cognitive dissonance, I deleted the liberal k-12 brainwashing and reanalyzed the history with my own brain.

racism is equivocation fallacy. it means different things in different contexts.

1. racism is borders. you are called a racist for discrimination in housing and the workplace aka wanting a border, wanting a neighborhood that looks like you. Degregation open borders between whites and blacks in the 1960s = open borders between whites and Hispanics today. This is hypocrisy cuz the SJWs admit that diversity destroys local communities (Sargon quote), that gentrification, whites moving in destroys black communities. Total hypocrisy. Whites are called racist for wanting white communities and told they need diversity but liberals admit that diversity is terrible when non-whites complain about the same thing and they never call them racist. This would be conflated with xenophobia today.

2. racism is holding other races accountable for the content of their character. idea that anti racism means blacks can kill and rape whties with impunity and there is nothing we can do to stop them or minimize our exposure is the biggest perversion of racism. racial profiling is not racism, it's the exact opposite. judging by content of character is not racism.

3. racism is racial paranoia. fear that another person is treating you poorly because of your race.

4. racism is racial. anything that's racial can be twisted to be racism if someone is upset, e.g. cultural appropriation or saying wuflu instead of cov19.

5. scientific racism is just race realism. believing in DNA and genetic differences between individuals and groups.

depending on the context, racism can mean any of these things.
