I don't know if this has been mentioned yet but, I talked a friend who knows someone in the Chicago PD from what she told me the commissioner told all officers not to arrest or interfere with anyone unless they attack you first. Alot of the officers are pissed about this as they are forced to watch as everything is looted and burned down. Thats why your seeing so many Chicago cops just stand by, and with the current attitude of the officers I wouldn't be surprised if they went out of their way to fuck with commission and other politicians in the city once this clears up.
