In historical situations similar to what we are experiencing right now, I cannot think of a situation where a fractured populace was able to agree on an amicable solution.

Here in America you have a generation of blacks who grew up in poverty, they use these circumstances as an excuse. But how did these places become riddled with poverty? Disgruntled blacks burning down the local businesses, forcing everyone to go back to square one in development. Then they ask why they aren't on square two like the neighboring town, and claim it is racism instead of owning up to these things. Instead of using their circumstances to become more resiliant, they play the victim.

They use their situation as a crutch and demand special treatment. And when you give them what they want, this just reinforces that what they are doing isn't going put a stop to these handouts. In fact, it is the opposite. I see corporations and politicians bowing down and giving concessions for these actions. Yes, things should absolutely change in terms of police brutality, but when you have no one correcting the bad behaviors, they think you are cheering on the rioting and looting as well.

Perhaps that is why they feel like they are in the right to set fires and go absolutely insane. So many in these younger generations assume they are owed these things, because these radicals have been glorified instead of fucking shamed.

You want to stop a cycle? Let's start with the one where we enable poor behavior. There are no consequences anymore. There is no incentive to behave, yet there is a lot of incentive to go loot a Rolex store. Why the fuck are we tolerating this?

Why is it that anyone speaking out against this is barraged with "it was white people too" or "the police started it"? I dont fucking care what color these people are or what they did to supposedly deserve retaliation. They avoid the real issue that this shit is happening.

It is very, very simple: if you do not wish to be treated like animals, do not behave like animals.

The lack of actual prosecutions of those arrested is in itself a product of liberal governors and mayors of these large cities contributing to the "fuck Trump" effort. It is reckless and completely insane. They are enabling an uprising and they absolutely know it.

We have a fucking good thing here in this country. It is rich and powerful. Secure as hell. And for some fucking reason these people feel it is their God given right to destroy it for everyo else. You have to stop the bleeding, yet there are some people who just won't ever accept an extended olive branch. The issue I see is that no matter what anyone does, it will always be the wrong move in their eyes. Something will have to give.

First step is reopening. Get a chunk of them off the streets and back to working. Stop giving them a monthly handout that exceed their wages from working. Stop enabling them.

Then we should get to the arrests. Because by then you will be able to weed out those who are just there to make trouble, and not those who are bored after remaining in quarantine for so long.

At the risk of losing my Rohowa street cred, unlike serfs in russia, or the irish or itallians loljk no one is going to mistake pasta apes for white, those guys could lose their origins very quickly once they had enough money. Its harder for a black person to do so.


The problem though is that just affirmative action alone doesn't do anything.

I was familar with a college that did a "Disadvantaged yoofs" program. Free tuition, free housing, free food, lower qualifications.
The first year was a complete failure. Not a single student made it back for Sophmore year, some didn't even last a semester. Part of the problem was they were just not THERE academically. There were also students who couldn't even afford the $300 in books or lab fees.
So the next year they gave the students FULL free ride including books. Also tuitoring, basically giving a group of 12 students 3 professors as mentors & guidance counselors. Brought them in early during the summer to try to get them some remedial classes. One student came back for sophmore year, and he left after the fall semester for a Black college.
So the NEXT year they did the free books, AND clothing stripend, tutoring AND created a whole catalog of 'urban yoof' classes that were pass/fail and especially given over to the wokest teachers so they could properly coddle their precious nigglings. One of them was arrested for nearly killing an Asian student because he "looked at him wrong"*, and none of them came back the next year.
So the next year they did the tutoring, and the easy mode classes, and the free shit, and they housed all the students in a "program house" so they could more easily relate to each other, not feel isolated and not get into violent fights with the other students. I believe they managed to get 5 back as sophmores who didn't do so well.
I lost both my line of information,and my really giving a shit after that so I didn't see if they continued to burn resources to elevate pavement apes or not.

At no point did they realize the end result of their program they'd segregated the black students and made a program that assumed (correctly, mind you) that they were not up to the academic standards of their non-black peers.

"Separate but equal" is the course things will take until there is an objective standard set and people are impartially held to it regardless of federally-protected identity indicators.

But no one wants to fix it. Social Assistance in the 70s was practically designed to ensure the break up of the two-parent household in black and poor white communities. This creates a dependent voting block, people who can't survive without governmental assistance. So to get their votes, you just have to make them fear for continued handouts.

If you want to save blacks, you have to pretty much destroy black culture.
Or just ship them back to africa so they can revel in the paradise that is no more racist white cops. And see how that works out for them.

We've covered it in this thread before, but Trump always negotiates by starting with the nuclear option and then making his opponent think they're getting off easy when they give him what he wants. One of the reasons we have such an enormous culture clash in the last decade (aside from Wokeism and Orange Hitler) is the breakdown of the State part of The United States of America. Each state is supposed to act relatively independently from the federal level. The rednecks fucked off to Alabama and formed a culture; the Mormons fucked off to Utah and fornicated a culture, and drillers fucked off to Oklahoma and formed a culture. Each State is supposed to largely operate as a smaller country. It's why crossing state lines is such a big deal; it's similar to going from Poland to Germany to murder someone: more jurisdictions at risk.

It's also why Trump had to give the States time to deal with the riots. He's not Plan A, B, or C.

I'm not saying country-wide cohesiveness is a bad thing but all of the frictions between different cultures are becoming because we are highlighting and brandishing the differences. People like Zuby, Eric D July, and Morgan Freeman have the right idea.
