Yeah, they are dead certain on their victory in November. A corporation (not the only one, of course) has dedicated itself to unseating a democratically-elected president, and preventing fair elections. How do you handle that? Will their wealth and influence prevent them from being rightfully gitmo'd? Should not a nation be able to protect itself from being overthrown by domestic plotters? What do?

Reagan stopped going to church when he was President because he didn't want the Secret Service to disturb church service. I'm sure some leftists got on his back about that, so going after how a president spends his Sundays to judge how spiritual he is to even get near a bible wouldn't be out-of-place for them. Never mind that Trump used the bible his mother had given to him as a boy for the inauguration.

That's because they want to try and make the evangelical wing not show up, forgetting most of the time they'll prefer Trump over their bullshit, especially now. They KNEW he wasn't a pious dude, a man with several divorces and who doesn't play nice by turning the other cheek already tells you that.

It's really pathetic they can't seem to change their strategies. Even that anon push was just a sad fucking attempt to repush the same debunked shit from 2016 - 2018. It's an interesting coincidence that just this Monday noted Evangelical apologist William Lane Craig made some remarks on his podcast about why the left is unable to understand what evangelicals like about Trump. His answer was basically "We don't care if he's religious if he does what we want. The other guy wants to destroy us."

Anti-Trump or not, Light/Kira has been pretty much worshiped so much by fangirls that any of their shrieking over this is going to fall on deaf ears because of the numerous piles of "omg Light is hawt!" and "Light did nothing wrong!" you can find in the anime community even though the detraction exists on an equal level (it's widely agreed upon that Light is an amazing villain and that's why he's so popular). It'd be no different if you replaced Light with Lelouch from Code Geass.

Two maxims that seemingly have nothing to do with anything, but will look extremely relevant given thought and time.

1. A Principled Conservative™ is simply a smug New York liberal who has been mugged by reality.

2. Any given time that anyone on any side of the political spectrum is designated a "political rebel/maverick" by the media in glowing terms, its an entirely manufactured gimmick. If someone is designated a "political rebel/maverick" by the media in what is basically a constant Two Minutes Hate against them, odds are good that they're a genuine outlier.

I meant it is pretty important, this is basically the only place on the internet that you can have a sensible discussion about what the rioters are doing. Without places like this the narrative the media is trying to spin about the rioters would be nigh-impervious, and we would all just agree that we should just pay the ransom to make our cities safe until the next chimpout.
