Somehow by a miracle of Marx, the antifa lady who had been charged with attempted murder for throwing a molotov at a cop van before biting them avoided those charges, NYPD was charging her on attempt murder but when federal prosecutors took over they dropped it to only damaging a police vehicle. Apparently It's ok to try to murder cops now if you fail and have a vagina.
I just want to also note, she has 11 prior arrests in like 6-8 states. She has shown a record of criminality, why would you make her sentence lighter? Will obviously reoffend and her crimes are only getting more violent.

Thats not how this works. The Police don't charge you with anything. They literally can't. They book you, recommend charges to the prosecuter, who then decides the actual charge.

NVM: Apparently it WAS a federal prosecuter (The NYPD comment is still bunk, that isn't how it works) but... that doesn't sound right since its beena day. Justice doesn't move that fast.
