Welp. I don't know what could be said, then. I don't understand their mindset at all. It's absolutely alien.

If I were you I'd just keep repeating "the white supremacist epidemic is a lie" whenever they bring up injustice and racism or I'd avoid talking about politics with them altogether.

Stores and businesses on the next block over were hit last night. He boarded up the front of his shop earlier today. There's no point trying to loot somewhere that looks like it's already been looted.

At that point you might as well get rid of law enforcement, they'll be as effective as the literal lapdogs of Portland. I heard they're having trouble recruiting too, further shrinking the force. I'm just curious how they don't care, surely some cop-hating antifa are eventually victimized, do they just live with it or something lol

He did a video earlier today showing some of the aftermath. It was kind of sad, seeing it from the perspective of a couple small businesses trying to stay open or just giving up.

I'll address all of this one by one.
1) No Chokeholds - I'll give them that one. That one is the most reasonable.
2) Shooting for the legs can also lead to death and increases the chances of missing and hitting unintended targets, which will only make things worse. It also greatly increases the chances of getting shot in the genitals. You want that?
3) What good would that do? All that would do is lower the standards and allow for shittier, less prepared, cops that fuck up even worse in the future.
4) What good would it do to empty out prisons? Do you want everyone set free? If not, how do we determine who goes free and who doesn't? How exactly is this supposed to work? And my biggest question: Will you shoulder the blame if a released convict commits a violent crime once released?
