Tbf, unlike Armed Robbery, Floyd didn't deserve to die. But it was kinda a given since he took a chemical cocktail of uppers and downers and Chauvin pressing his knee on his neck rather than on his head.

He and his dindu friends broke into a woman's house and held a gun to her while demanding money. I'd argue he absolutely deserved to die.

And this is why these cases never get guilty verdicts, stupid assholes try to press for a charge that will not stick given the evidence.

He would get charged with Negligent Manslaughter (cause that is actually provable beyond a reasonable doubt) because that is what actually happened and he would get a plea for minimum sentence and never be a cop again.

the 3 twats all get slaps on the wrist with criminal negligence and are never cops again.

Problem solved, but because you want to go for a charge that can not be proven within a shadow of a doubt (to get the full murder charge you have to prove he went out with the premeditated desire to murder a nigger) in this situation he will go completely god damn free.
