Is there any consensus here about what is going on? I know blue collar people who theorize about the pallets of bricks. They don't lurk kiwifarms, it's not just you guys. I know white collar people forced to sign contracts about their privilege and marginalized people and how they understand how painful it is to misgender someone. They're afraid if they speak their mind then they'll ruin their careers. I just witnessed corporations rewarding people for burning down their own communities. Is this just a bunch of unemployable 19 year olds who think it would be lots of fun to take down the 1st ammendment or is it some shadowy organization infiltrating government and corporate America at the highest levels? This shit has just gotten too fucking weird. I feel like I'm in The Body Snatchers and any moment my blue collar friends are going to switch sides and call me out.

It's a good thing elections are an anonymous vote. People will get the chance to speak their minds without directly being called out as racist.

I'd say most people would agree Antifa or a closely aligned coalition of communists under Antifas umbrella are working as instigators in the riots. with whos support? Maybe DNC/CCP/Soros maybe all three?

I'd say the pallettes of bricks are probably the work of the Antifa as well since theres been caches of pipe bombs, medical supplies, flammables also found already. If the Police are setting up the bricks, why are they destroying the Medic Safe Houses they've set up? Why does a peaceful protest even need medic safe houses?

The looting is the worse in New York, and the Governor has not called in the National Guard, and the NYPD has given up. Which lends credence to the theory the Democrats had forewarning and chose not to protect it's citizens despite being told a domestic terror incident was occuring.

My only worry is that the rise of social media and nothing being truly gone online will force people to stick to "their guns" more. Back then you could move towns or quietly change social circles and no one knew a thing about you so you could just comfortably shift out. In this diseased age of being doxxed or fired for things you said online over a decade ago I worry that people are more entrenched into their beliefs and echo-chambers. You have to toe the party line and as long as everyone shackles themselves to social media like many do you can't easily openly change your beliefs or phase yourself out, and people have an investment in keeping you in. The social media dopamine drug is also something worrisome. They can stop using social media but it's been so ingrained into millennials and zoomers at this point I worry they won't kick the habit. Even if they stop believing or never believed in a cause or idea genuinely in the first place, social media and it's desire to expose yourself means you'll keep to the script if you want to keep your head down.

There's a trend of people deleting their social media, however quietly. You can observe it in the number of users these platforms have. Young people are going to be more likely to try to stick it out, especially since the only socialization many of them know is through these platforms - but even then, don't be surprised if there's a quiet, sweeping movement that convinces many of them to abandon the groundswells of negativity and do something meaningful with their lives instead.

(Or, more probably, just move to a different platform where they can quietly delete the old one and moderate themselves while still being a waste of resources desperate for validation.)

Maybe DNC

I'm gonna go out on a limb and speculate here that it isn't at all the DNC, but rather that the DNC is trying to pander to these groups by not opposing them and expressing sympathy in the hopes that it can mobilize them in november to bumplfh drumplfh. It also probably can't tell the difference between the protesters and the rioters itself, and figures it's easier just to conflate them and say S'ALL GOOD MANE. It'll work about as well as 1972.

I know it's BuzzFeed, but they did a fairly decent article that seems to show a lot of these were left out by construction workers on the street. They even show how images of police allegedly placing them on the street are of them taking them away.

Bar a few instances of small man portable caches of bricks, I doubt it is anything but construction work. It would be too hard to organise and get away with it otherwise.

As compared to the forensic evidence supplied by the autopsy report, these charges seem a tad shaky, though again I'm a layman, not a lawyer giving this opinion.

1. Murder 2 has some potential legs if they can prove the officer acted in a grossly unprofessional matter that would not fall under appropriate measures to secure the detainment of a fugitive and instead came off more like the cop in question acting like a sadist.

2, Murder 3 is pure opinion and they'd have to convince the jury the defendant wasn't keeping in mind his professional conduct requirements during the execution of his duty. Might actually stick, but's it's basically a charge that requires selling the jury on the merits more on emotion than evidence.

3. Manslaughter 2 is the one I least buy. Unprofessional conduct is more possible than proving the defendant was so amoral they knew what they were doing and just didn't care if someone died. Forensics also would make this hard to put some stock into, given none of the physical damage was shown to be life threatening on it's own.
You would be the expert on murdering niggers

I don't think Antifa is getting support from anyone. They are just a loosely linked hash tag group, who have a lot of money from mommy and daddy and wanna LARP that they are fighting some oppressive regime.

All the DNC is doing is just staying out of their way and not calling them out for their quasi domestic terror nonsense. Like, I don't think there is some secret cabal linking any of these groups together.

That was a post I made back when I admittedly was speaking in anger over the situation, I've calmed down and am trying to see things from a reasonable, logical perspective based on law and logic, not emotion.

If you wish to hold something even I admit was based on knee-jerk emotion against me versus my current attempt at looking at this situation with calm and reflection, that would be your decision.

During the Weather days, you could stroll on up to a quarry or supplier therefor and get you some nice dynamite supplies on the cheapo, 'till the government realized that it was pretty easy for domestic terrorists to do this and they should probably ban it across all the states for any schlub to do. It stands to reason that it's not really out of this world for these trustfundamentalists to swing on by some construction supplier and bulk up on the crap they're still able to purchase, shove it in some shed, then rent the appropriate vehicles to deposit it.

Of course, this doesn't mean that it's necessarily reality, either; just seems, if the bricks really are a conspiracy, the most likely thing. Probably one cell had the idea, figured out the logistics, did a test run, and then passed the idea on.

You know when I'm angry I don't talk about going "postal" on ethnic minorities

It sounds like a very convenient explanation, most of the pictures I've seen showed bricks that were nowhere near construction sites.

It's possible whoever put them there just had the common sense to wear a hi-viz vest and a hard-top hat while doing it. It's not very hard to pass as a construction worker.
