I'm not the only person to be advised by LEOs/lawyers/gun clerks/etc that a birdshot before a buckshot can mean the difference between getting off with self-defense or going to prison for self-defense ("murder"). It's sick how many people go to prison for it and I don't quite care to. Need I remind everyone that a non-zero-number of states in this country require you to run rather than defend yourself and will go so far as to argue that 'it was only a second-story window, you could have jumped'. I blame no one for shooting to kill intruders first, so let's get that straight. But for those of you who are worried about some dindu family's probono lawyer arguing that you didn't use the old well-known method of alternating bird and buck in order to potentially avoid killing, use some chili oil. If you don't want to have a birdshot loaded first, I'm not going to try to to convince you otherwise, merely explain the reasoning of those of us who do and give a tip to make it more effective. The argument about warning shots meaning you had no right to shoot goes straight out the window when it's in your dwelling either way.

It also helps to be living with someone who's going to be wielding a handgun right next to you.

Freemasonry was essential in fermenting both the French and American Revolutions.

Why do you think they are casually connected to the term "new world order"? They were instrumental in bringing rebellions that ended the old order.

I think it's an indication that the WOKE!!!! stuff is already out of vogue, and the realization of that fact has impelled these actors to all take advantage of the situation as much as they can.
