I've always used "Sea Mexican". Anyone who's ever had to deal with Flip sailors or shipping will understand it. They're good at simple, rote tasks that demand long hours, but any kind of work involving abstract thinking, or any kind of action outside the responses dictated by regulations is completely beyond their primitive minds. Flips make up a large proportion of the world's civilian sailing personnel, but very few of them actually rise to the level of actual officer or skilled rank. Even as grunt labor, they are steadily being replaced by Indians, who are willing to work just as hard and just as long, but are also actually capable of some forms of abstract thought and independent action and are better behaved, to boot. The US Navy's use of Flips is perfectly suited to their talents. They use them as waiters and stewards. They're born to be servants and will never rise any higher in any civilized society.
As to the women, well, they're called Little Brown Fucking Machines for a reason. They're also decent nurses, as long as they don't rise above themselves and go into demanding specialties. That's as far as their utility goes.
Now, how do Flips live in their homeland and organize themselves as a society? I don't know and I don't care, the only reason to ever visit their poor and disease-ridden islands is sex tourism. Even there, I bet the more discriminating sex tourist would have enough self-respect to choose a higher-grade fourth-world "country" to frequent.
