Kiwi Farms made me more optimistic about people my age, to be honest. A lot of the people in this thread seem to be in their 20s and have their heads screwed on straight. I don't know if we can ever return to Kennedy's Camelot, but, it looks like people are willing to try and help one another. I do believe there is still good in the world and that things can improve from this point.

can you constitutional carry or ccl? Otherwise, it may be better to buy a shotgun or rifle for home defense. As far as on credit goes, you can get a very quality mid-tier pistol for 400 or less. You can get a good home defense shotgun for $300, or a good entry level AR for $600

We're a biased sample size. I've made it my business to go out and mingle with other people for new experiences and to get laid. I live in a red state, too. The fact that this shit is historical should tell you that we've hit some critical mass in our culture and in our citizens that allowed it to happen. Most of us "redpilled" dudes (and a few women, but far less--even the women here surely know that) tend to have fewer friends, and I think for a reason.

You'd THINK they'd wait until they find one, big target and THEN have fired off their cannons... yet they keep, fucking, FAILING.

The dominant media narrative is that there are peaceful protests going on around the United States and you have no place to speak. That's not right, most people would not agree with that idea.
The reality of the protests is there are several things happening, you have the protestors who are legitimately traumatized and want change, but then you have the anarchists burning things, the Antifa Communist types (who may not be the same,) the politicians providing everyone cover by posing for shots with the protestors, then the Chinese - who are definitely involved and funding some of this activity.
The average person hears the first few lines of the story then stops thinking. There's ways to change the narrative. This is a screenshot of a Media Matters Plan for Action, it describes how they created an omnichannel network that gets stories out all over the web through a combination of manpower, media placements, and more. This is the source of a lot of the misinformation we see today.
Media Matters has about 100 people total who work on this messaging. A small army of citizens could turn some of this around. The average person needs to see credible evidence of what Antifa is doing along with some info about Chinese information warfare to break out of the media cycle and think critically. This could be done through a combination of social media, videos, comment posting, and more.
Sick of watching this happen, would prefer to be on the offense. DOJ and FBI said today they are still getting up to speed with what's going on, we're a couple months ahead of them - just like we were with Wuhan Virus. Concern is the longer this goes on, the more acceptable the Communist lines become. Might be time to stop shitposting and start organizing.
