They haven't dropped, but he played it off in his book as a joke at least, and we know that he didn't do any considerable amount of time over it. They let him off easy.

He claimed that all he wrote was a list of names and that someone else thought it'd be funny to add some kind of threat to it. But he also claimed that he thought it'd be funny if everyone expected something bad to happen on a day when he wasn't going to be there (doctor's appointment I think), so obviously he intended it to be taken as threatening.

Yeah....that one word sums up the Grand Wizard of Swindon to a tee. And in this case it worked to his benefit so credit where credit is due, he managed to not tard out and ruin an easy court case, which is better than a lot of specimens in our archives can boast

He took advice from his lawyers to keep his mouth shut regarding this and decided to instead open his mouth and sink a political party while making himself into a international joke.

I can just imagine the words coming out of her lawyers mouth right now. And while I normally hate to stereotype, What the Fuck is it with Black Women? Why do they seem to be hardwired to have no impulse control? No ability to look at their selected course of action, and work through how it might not be in their best interests? Be it fucking a worthless ghetto rat bareback, or publicly throwing rocks at and fucking with the guy who just beat you in court, before the Judge rules on how much you owe?

Is it too late for him to file a countersuit given her continued attempts to destroy his income? What sort of recourse would he have if she succeeded in this attempt?

To sue the absolute pants off her for defamation. It wouldn't even be a hard case to win, he has AMPLE evidence she posted HERSELF for it.

Edit: The hardest part would be the inevitable jurisdiction battle.

He's already filed for his costs and fees in this case under federal law. If he wins that it would be duplicative to file an additional suit and it's not certain he could use state anti-SLAPP laws in federal court anyway. If he sues for defamation, that would be a separate suit.

If I recall correctly the jurisdiction is NY, right? I dont remember if NY gas any anti-SLAAP laws, but I remember their standard of proof for defamation was higher than most other jurisdictions.
