Barb is just a rotten person, through and through. I'm not going to celebrate Chris losing his mom, but I'm not going to give a shit about her last days on earth. Part of me would hope with her out of his life, Chris could start making progress in his life and unlearn all the white trash garbage he got from her, but that's unrealistically optimistic of me to think he'll have a revelation of that caliber. It'll be an interesting time when she kicks the bucket, that's for sure.

Bob was just as bad as Barb. Neither knew how to care for Chris and both were more concerned about themselves than their stressful surprise. Case in point: he got Chris on welfare and then took part of the money as "rent" payments. Did he put this in an account for his disabled faget son? Nope. The only thing Chris was left with was a mortgaged house. Great pop!

a few years ago now, there was a house fire caused by Chris using a shitty extension cord on a Keurig coffee pot that he put in the bathroom. The extension cord was looped over the top of the bathroom door so that it got constantly slammed on and frayed. When the house consequently lit on fire, the fire dept put it out and the insurance paid (at least some) of the repair costs and the price of them living in a rental house while the work was being done. However Barb also took out another mortgage so I guess the insurance only got so much of it. Kiwis sent care packages and gift cards, which Chris reacted to not very graciously IMHO. After the repairs, Chris and Barb returned to 14BC and proceeded to shit up their newly repaired house once more.

He started taking rent from Chris to recompense for the debts Chris had built up by being a tard. I don't think Chris having even fewer consequences for his actions would've been the better call.
