Staph doesn't want to get better because she has no identity outside of "victim".

She's made it very clear for us, even if she doesn't know it. Staph doesn't want to get better because she's stuck in a prolonged adolescence until her father becomes who she wants him to be.

If she 'grows up' it takes her past the point where he could still become the perfect dad that her subconscious demands that he should have been.

She's punishing him, for cheating on her mom, and for being embarrassed of her. But she can't let go and accept him, or reject him, for the deeply flawed person he is. She won't be satisfied until he's changed in ways that she would never expect from herself.

If we believe even half her stories then its one mentally unstable person stuck in a death spiral with another mentally unstable person, both demanding love and acceptance and constantly paranoid about how the other person 'hates' them.

Freud would have a field day with this Electra Complex.

But we don't believe even half of her stories. Mainly because they absolutely do not fit with each other, or stay the same between tellings. We also know that she does actively and openly hate her father, and has tried (albiet in her own tardly manner) to cause him harm, which means his belief that she hates him isn't paranoia, it's a fact.

She is punishing him, but not because she wants him to change. No amount of change would be enough. If she was to be believed, he's already changed massively from a racist, homophobic, uncaring, abusive fuck into a father who stands with his daughter at pride rallies and protests, who is against racism and police brutality, who cares deeply about his family and weeps openly when his wife is ill, who buys his smelly tardlet daughter a cat to convince her not to do dangerous things and lies to doctors for her to prevent her being permanently institutionalized. He's changed as much as any human can.

She's punishing him because he adopted her, and because her father plays the role of the strong hand in the family, the force that makes her bathe, makes her do chores, makes her clean up after herself and do things for herself. She hates him not because he's been a bad father, but because by all accounts he's been a strong one. She wants parents she can push around, who will give her whatever she wants when she wants it and expect nothing in return, not even basic affection. That's why she craves a return to her birth family. She, like almost all adopted cows, thinks that her birth family would be perfect little devotees who would make her life one of no responsibilities, no expectations, and endless doting. It's why she refuses to accept the reality that they didn't care when they lost her, never sought her out, and literally chose drugs over her. She will never let go of this fantasy of a perfect life and will always resent her parents and her father in particular for ''robbing'' her of what she feels is the life she deserved.

One of them ghosts she's always knockin' about with needs to pull a "It's A Wonderful Life" on her and show her what her life would have been like if she'd stayed with her birth family.

And then ironically it's mostly the same witchy spell-casting shit but this time she's addicted to meth and has had at least five kids.

Womb Wizard I'm not sure if you're aware of this but Chauvin is already in jail and is charged with 2nd degree murder. Besides, what exactly is this little curse of yours gonna do? We all know it's nothing but you saying a bunch of nonsense and carrying a jar full of nasty things and nothing will result from it.

Also nice extra pounds of flab to your stomach, you really are starting to look like a 45 year old with downs and look even more like an egg being carried on toothpicks.

"Muscle Delay" isn't like a disease, its basically just saying that she's running behind on fine motor skills.
"Global Delay" doesn't mean all her muscles suck, just that she is behind on multiple areas. It sounds like she has "fine motor delay" and "gross motor delay", from her own admission.
Dr.Google tells me all this and more! The weird part is that 7 is the age when you're supposed to tie your own shoes according to this development chart, so that means she was perfectly on track there. At 6-7 fine motor delay just means she can't really write letters. Gross motor delay means she can't jump rope or balance on a beam. While these can be symptoms of a series disability (every see a downy jump rope?) they arn't a disability in themselves. This doesn't mean anything for her future development either. It sounds like she was just slightly behind and was provided resources to catch up. Its like saying "I went to speech therapy when I was 4! How can you expect me to give a presentation when I'm that disabled?"

Just for the record her Tumblr has a strange amount of Bukura reblogs.

From what you guys told me I thought she kinda left him behind but no. Adam driver and Bakura are her husbandos for life.

If you join the farms we promise to give you edgy anime recommendations. I'm like 90% sure you'd husbando Griffith.

That is a horrifying thing to specify.

I don't have a problem with her art being cringy, I find her George Floyd art to be in poor taste. Meaning you are profiting off a man's death & using his image without the consent of his family. It's one thing to put his picture on a sign for a protest, or to post it on social media with an appropriate post, it's entirely another to sell it on fucking Etsy.

wow, I, too, also was late in learning to tie my shoes and still type without using all of my fingers. My handwriting is also awful, and some of the medications I take give me tremors in my hands. Sounds like we got at least that in common.

Oh, here's something I drew, btw:

I'll take those powerlevel ratings, IDGAF

Steph, your art is terrible and it's clear that you're not even trying.

I want more furry SJW drawings now. My favorite is either political lesbian hyena or the antifag fox(?).

Whew, I'm glad she cleared up any doubt.

The fox is gay, he's dating the armadillo. He's just freaking out because he's being pushed down by the BLM protester behind him.

This drawing is from 2017 and was meant to be a critique of leftist online spaces and what a clusterfuck the whole thing is, and my own feelings of helplessness in those spaces. Really I just wanted to pull up something with a lot of intricate little details.

She knows her 'patches' aren't legible, right? Like every time one gets posted here, someone asks what it says then there are several guesses before someone finally figures it out. Maybe she should use a paint brush next time, instead of her fingers.

A thinner brush would make them more legible. The problem is that she tries to cram these giant letters onto a very small space, which leaves the words twisted and cramped.

I get the feeling she doesn't use the brush tip, but mashed the bristles against the cloth so that they fan out.

I really like the mouse, he's super cute and I'd like very much to slip him into my pocket. Give him some kosher snacks. He's just absolutely precious and I will shoo the owl away with a large broom.

tard rage about how calling her tard art cringy is ableism

Two points here.
First off, what makes your art cringy isn't the fact that you have the fine motor skills of a duck doing calligraphy, it's the absolutely insane shit you draw and try to pass off as high art. Your highly avant-garde, transgressive Dorito Trauma was (mostly) just ugly, your Literally Whitewash George Floyd (Money Please) is cringy. Anyone else remember the 'good art, bad concept' tag on Socially Unacceptable Art?

Secondly, hate to break it to you, but you having delayed motor skills isn't gonna win you much sympathy from anyone who draws. Iirc I've come across a person tangentially mentioned in another cow's thread (not for being a cow, he just came up) who has to draw holding the tablet pen in his MOUTH and that dude was getting commissions. Please consider you're just bad at art.

You'd be amazed how many of the really high-end working out there have disabilities or conditions that theoretically should interfere with them making art. I knew multiple who were varying degrees of colorblind (ironically, one of them known for his excellent palettes), a guy paralyzed from the waist down, and practically all of them had some flavor of mental issue that they worked around.

I had a teacher once, super recognized award-winning artist. Won't give specifics so as not to make him identifiable, but everyone in this thread has seen plenty of his work. Incredibly skilled, top of his field, his client list makes your jaw drop, known for being able to bust out breathtaking work in timeframes other people can't begin to compete with.
He drops charcoal sticks a lot. Drives him crazy and he's always having to borrow them from people when doing demos for the class because it happens every couple of minutes; he's sketching away, turns to talk for a second, and plink, there it goes. If you"ve seen that funny video of astronauts readjusting to life with gravity, it's a lot like that.

The reason he does this is because as a wee lad, fresh out of art school and already making waves in the industry, he accidentally cut off the thumb of his drawing hand with a table saw.

It's been reattached, thank god, and it functions, sort of. Looks gnarly as hell and the nail is completely black; he has next to no feeling in it at all, so he drops shit all the time because he just can't tell that he's stopped exerting the pressure to keep the pencil/charcoal/brush in place. When it happened, he obviously freaked the fuck out because he saw his entire career disappearing before his eyes.

He taught himself to draw left handed while his dominant hand recovered as best it could, and when he felt like the thumb was as functional as it was ever gonna get, he switched right back over and started drawing with it again. Using that clumsy, blackened, mostly unfeeling thumb, he's built his entire incredible career and is still painting at the highest level decades later. Hes also a really thoughtful, profound, personable guy who's never once tried to use that past misfortune as anything but a reminder to himself that he can and will keep going through literally anything because he loves art more than breathing.

Anyways, shut the fuck up and git gud like everybody else.
