I'm not sure how to feel about any of this anymore. One hand, kicking back and watching the US burn on my couch is quite comfy, but on the other, seeing videos of people who are, honestly, just hanging around and marching, especially from the videos from LA, getting beaten to hell and maced make me incredibly upset, and make me want to go down to the hotspot cities on the east coast to document whats happening.

Should the looters get fucked? Absolutely, thats someones livelihood, and most of the stores are locally owned businesses. But its this weird feeling of anxiety, maybe its just me.

Update, the Boston and Worcester rallies have been calm, with a large show of force from the national guard and state police. I can tell theres a lot of people who want to go break shit and start a riot, but they'd need the crowd to pull it off, and Massachusetts is pretty bitch made.

Thinking about it more, I feel like these people were essentially brought up by parents who didn't try to educate their children at all about how things really work and this is how these children grew up to be so deluded. As always, the boondocks is relevant: discipline your kids and call them out on their bullshit behavior.

I now believe it was mostly a test of our passivity and compliance. Also, it was a way to ruin small businesses and small town economies to own the conservatives and to get more losers hooked on the government unemployment teat (gotta pave the way for Green New Deal policies or UBI or just good old welfare on steroids).

Now, just when we were poised to bounce back and resume some semblance of normalcy, they've coordinated riots and looting and are smearing and destroying anyone and anything who isn't pledging allegiance to their cause. Silence is violence.

We've all been fucked over in some way at this point; it's fantastically diabolical.
