You've pretty much described post-Apartheid South Africa. The middle class (mainly white) folks all buggered off to places like Australia and New Zealand, the rich folks that didn't want/need to move now employ private security companies or hired goons (depending on said rich folks' melanin levels), and what's left of their police forces are overwhelmed by the teeming masses of poor people stuck in a society that's gone from bad to worse year on year for the past quarter of a century.

Bear in mind that these were unintended consequences. To use this as a template to deliberately reconfigure a society requires world-class sociopathy. Yet somehow I too see this as a pretty damn plausible conspiracy theory.

Original sin makes sense in christianity not only because you can be forgiven for it but it's a constant reminder that you can become evil. The issue is with soc just is you still have original sin but you can never be forgiven, no matter what you do if you are born white you are evil and every action you take in some shape is evil and influenced by your skin color.
