The "is he or isn't he a lolcow" shit will not be allowed to end because there are two motivated and opposing groups who care too much about the argument being resolved in their favour on here and will never accept the other side's basic premises. It's like Qtards and SJWs arguing about Trump - no resolution is possible. They are by no means the whole thread, but it's significant enough to make the thread a trashfire.
On the one hand there are the Dick Masterson paypiggies who love the podcast and by definition will never accept that they are paying a lolcow. The Dickshield is the new Guntguard so of course they will be in here defending their e-celeb when he fucks up. Dick is still making/grifting a lot of money - too much to just walk away from - but as a guy sympathetic to him, I can see there's no debate about his having made a lot of very poor decisions lately. If I were him, I'd keep the podcast going but try to stop getting personally involved in e-drama and be prepared to walk away and mean it the minute the money made really falls off as it inevitably will at some point; at least don't be like Maddox in desperately trying to cling on to the phantom of your relevance years after people stopped caring and stopped paying. I was a huge fan of the idea of NP2 but it didn't turn out to be what we'd hoped for and now that it's gone, at least Dick plausibly can walk away should he need to at some point in the future and say "sorry remaining paypiggies, I'm taking a break. Maybe I'll be back. In the meantime, give Ralph or Null your shekels instead if you want and go check out Riley's new show. I'm sure it won't be utterly cancerous". Then if he has a good idea or something later he can come back having left enough of an imprint that people will at least be interested in what he has to say. If not, then he's made enough money to just live his best life among the Marxists, prostitutes, resentful non-Americans, drug addicts, prideful degenerates, Satan worshippers, cannibals, Jews and combinations thereof in Los Angeles, get 80s Girl pregnant and hope God doesn't decide "enough is enough" and drop an asteroid on the city.
On the other side of it, there's the paypigs-turned-Alogs many of which have cared too much that Dick is officially an acknowledged lolcow by all Kiwifarms posters and are beginning to look a little inglorious in their victory, such as it is. These guys may have been right in some of their critiques of Dick, but instead of just calmly telling us about the rampant homosexuality going on in their Discords and Dick's ego seeming to begin to get the better of him, and proving it, some of them came in here too early and gloated, spammed and A-logged, demanding everyone accept Dick is a lolcow. Most of those accounts ended up deleted, but the closest thing they had for evidence backing up their assertion at the start of this was proof that Dick was blocking people for insulting his girlfriend on Twitter, the quality of the show having dropped a bit, a lot of the fans being unironic normie Redditors and Jesse seething and sperging like he always has and always will. There was nothing of real significance until the JLH leaks - which could have just been laughed off. I even think he could have got through it with his reputation more or less intact after instead choosing to smother Jesse in guntfolds if PPP and Godwinson hadn't got involved in the way they did. So the premature gloating in a sense has been vindicated and being a staunch Hulagirl Denier isn't going to make you look smart on here now, but in a significant sense the early gloaters have also failed. Maybe there was a plan to try to tease and slowly release info on Dick in the same way that Dick did to Maddox but if that was the idea then they fucked it up. And thus instead of this thread just documenting the antics of Dick Masterson where people skeptical of his brand laugh at instead of laugh with and others take big shits on him - and creating something that future autists can enjoy reading through like the Maddox thread - we have a screeching chimpout that is full of arguing, A-logging, derailments and derailments-from-derailments from the beginning. It's still just about readable if you're following the drama here and now but it's going to be impenetrable toxic autism to the future reader (like a written form of the first IBS saga). And that's basically the best that Dick could have realistically hoped for given some of his decisions recently (even if it does look like he had hoped to janny the whole thing).
In conclusion: never get involved with Discord.

The Christory episodes aren’t bad and they’re in the 2 dollar tier.
