nah night time curfews like these are pretty common in the event of extreme weather or civil unrest. Actually, they're usually much stricter and disallow all travel of nonessential workers.

No, who you voted for is private (iirc), hence the whole "private ballot", but it registers if you voted or not.

The fox character was based more on Italian steroetypes than African. Sleek, sleazy, willing to make a quick buck off a scam. The stereotypical, Italian sleezeball.
