U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

You know... Something that really depresses me is that their gofundme, which is about them losing their goddamn livelihood to the rioters, still has a #justiceforgeorgefloyd hashtag at the bottom.

And while that could be them genuinely supporting the peaceful protesting, I cannot help but wonder if it's a cautionary action. Because a lot of people are doing that. They'll post a criticism of the riots, or of the damage to their homes or businesses, and they'll either do #justiceforgeorgefloyd or #blacklivesmatter or #alllivesdon'tmatteruntilblacklivesmatter or what the fuck ever.

To be perfectly fucking blunt, if I lost my home or business to a riot that started as a result of this Black Lives Matter business, I wouldn't be using their hashtags- I'd be barely resisting the urge to freak the fuck out on them on every single platform I had the chance to.

I get that these people may very well be earnest in their intentions or support (or deep enough into their cup of Kool-aid that they don't see the irony), but... it just comes off as weird and vaguely ass-covering to use these hashtags, like they're trying to deflect any more hostility by signaling "No, see? We're cool! We don't blame you for anything! We're still on your side, please don't attack us any further even though you've already destroyed something we worked so hard for."

IDK. I'm just really goddamn tired of people falling all over themselves to appease the mob. The cops should not be kneeling, the politicians should not be kneeling, and these vicious little malcontents should not be capitulated to in any way, shape, or form. When bad behavior is rewarded, it will inevitably repeat.

What's really funny to me is there's another GoFundMe where the business was destroyed, and the owner's offspring (who probably made the GFM because her parents don't speak English) had the gall to say businesses can be replaced but lives can't. When I read that, all I could think of was "If you really think it's that easy to rebuild, then don't ask for other people's money!"

Why do so many of them have that dead-eyed stare? Is it just me?
Not just you. It's because the founders were right, first paragraph of the US constitution says that blacks are only 3/5ths of a man, but what was left unsaid was that the other 2/5ths are Beast and Demon, and in large groups the Latter rides the Former.

everyone saying "buildings/businesses can be rebuilt" have never owned property. they are all millenials/genZ. they will never know what its like to own a house. they will live in their shitty apartments in KKKomiefornia forever, 100k+ in debt for a useless degree, working minimum wage at a coffee shop, spending all their money on expensive toys, while complaining about how they arent paid enough.

If it's the same one i'm thinking of, it's even more exceptional. The business owner supposedly said that he's okay with his indian restaraunt getting torched in solidarity with the 'protesters'.

Fuck I knew the county kept a record of who I voted for in 2016, but I never thought it could be used against me in a court of law.

When the revolution comes, everyone who voted wrong is getting the GUILLOTINE.
they don't have who you voted for, but if you registered as with a party they will have that

Alright Kiwis - this thread popped up on 4chan tonight. Expressed the mechanics of what I think is going on.

We're going through an insurrection. It's similar to what's been happening in Chile since 2019. These screenshots describe a structure for events and suggests what may be coming down the pike.

T:L;DR -

Phase 0: Indoctrination, fabrication of the narrative. "Marginalized people are oppressed"

Phase 1: Initial Attack - Destruction of the Lower / Middle Class Life. "Riots in the cities, destroy infrastructure."

Phase 2: The Demands. "Convince the public the problem can be solved with a new Constitution."

Phase 3: Destruction of Law and Order. "Use the media and politicians to convince the public that ANY violence against protestors is illegitimate."

Phase 4: Extortion. "Left politicians demand a plebiscite for a new and inclusive Constitution."

Phase 5: Propaganda. "Useful idiots are no longer necessary, get out the shock troops and lynch anyone who objects."

Phase 6: Install puppet leader ran by globalists. "Stacey Abrams for Life"

--------------------------

The response would need to be a counter-insurgency. Not sure that's happening, social media is like wildfire.

Anyone think we have a chance? Pretty sure I'm gone by the end of the Initial Attack.

Glowies? Can you confirm this is what you see happening? You read everything I write, it would be nice to get a response from burner.

They're entire lives are temporary. They live in apartments, they consoom, they eat food other people have prepared, have others bring them their goods, they stream from Netflix or whatever. Their 'friends' move in and out of the groups according to what woke brings (and, in the case of soy-golems, who's been outed as a rapist and who hasn't) and aren't for any length of time.

They have no idea what permanence is, how it grounds you, how it brings you closer to things. They have no idea how it feels to have something you care about, something you have put work into. Anything in their lives they have that gets damaged they throw away and buy a replacement or the next generation.

They can't imagine how soul bruising it is to see your house in wreckage.

Hell, most of these faggots either don't own a car or just rent one.

They're literal insects with nothing of value in them. They don't provide anything, they just consume.

They don't understand that these business owners spent years of their life building up that business. That's life they will never get back.

I don't know how many of you have had to take a mandatory ethics class in College for your degree or to update/modernize your degree, but Ethics is one of the classes that needs to be fumigated with napalm.

OK, here's a question, posed in EVERY ethics class I've been in. (No, it won't be the trolley. There's a reason this one is one that I abhor)

You are working in a village doing humanitarian relief. A warlord comes by and makes all the people of the village line up in front of you. He selects a single person, it doesn't matter who, and forces them to kneel in front of you. He hands you a gun as he and his men, twelve of them with weapons, watch. He tells you: "Kill him and I'll spare the village. Do not kill him and I will kill the whole village and make you watch then kill you. What is the ethical response?"

I, of course, was all: "How many bullets does the gun have and what's the terrain look like? I might be able to kill enough to let the villagers overpower the rest."

That's wrong.

Killing a single person? That's wrong.

The correct, ETHICAL, answer is to do nothing. That way the blood is not on your hands but only on the hands of the people who did the killing. It's better to let them kill everyone in the village and you, than to take a human life. Their crimes do not reflect on you.

THERE'S where the thinking is coming from. See, it doesn't matter if they're part of the mob that breaks windows, burns down buildings, and kills people. See, that sin the burden of ONLY the people who DIRECTLY did the action. Not you. Your hands, morals, ethics are still clean and pure.

You didn't do anything, they did, and ethically, you can't be held responsible for what they do.

See how poisonous this shit is?

A bit late, but those loaded "ethics" questions have always pissed me off.
They always leave out a lot of factors: Are you given an option to kill the psycho who is trying to goad you into killing? Are you given the option to kill yourself and thus deprive the psycho the satisfaction of seeing his experiment come to fruition? You can't just plunk a scenario in front of a person and tell them they only have limited options when reality is chaotic and you can choose to do a large number of things besides "nothing" and "bitch out and do what the psycho tells you to." And your options will depend largely on your individual circumstances.

There's also the problem that anyone psycho enough to put you into a position where you are forced to kill other people would not be trustworthy. How do you know the lever that switches the position of the trolley is correctly marked? The psycho might tell you that switching the trolley to the right routes the trolley to the track with one person on it, when it, in fact, might switch the trolley to the track with five people on it. The psycho might be honest about the working of the levers, but he could have placed an important scientist and/or philanthropist on the track with the one person on it, and 5 child molesters on the track with the 5 people on it. Who do you decide to save then?

When thinking about the Trolley Problem, I'm reminded of a scene I saw in the anime Gankutsuou. In the first episode, a pair of aristocratic teens are invited to dinner by a mysterious Count, who starts to get creepy and manipulative with one of the boys who is the son of his most hated enemy. The Count then presents the boy with an interesting game to pass the time:

It's strongly indicated that this outcome was rigged by the Count from the start, and he was doing it specifically to cause distress to the boy and manipulate him. How much worse could you feel, than knowing you turned loose a murderer while trying to save an innocent man? Perhaps, when presented with a problem like this, the only winning move is not to play, but which of us would have the nerve to do nothing?

What distresses me about professors who push the "Do nothing; you won't be responsible" angle for the Trolley Problem is that it's all a lie. You are responsible for the things you choose NOT to do. But in some cases, doing nothing might be the best case scenario because (A.) you don't trust the person giving you the choice to be representing the scenario honestly, or (B.) you might think that doing something might have a worse result than if you had chosen to do nothing. Whatever you do, you don't choose the Do Nothing option because it absolves you of any responsibility for the psycho's actions. As if THAT'S the most important outcome to ensure. "Oh sure, people died, but at least I came away with a clear conscience." I suspect the reason these deranged academicians post the Trolley Problem to their students is the same reason why the Count played his "game" with the boy; to cause distress, and break down the psyche of impressionable children to make them easier to manipulate.

(Yes, go ahead and toss those puzzle pieces at me...)

The Chapo sub seems deflated and sad so maybe this shit is finally winding down.
the host themselves have said that they feel lost and haven't been putting out quality episodes since Bernie got his ass kicked.

they've lost about 10% of their subscribers just in the last 3 months. one of the hosts (out of 5) basically quit the internet in march. they're all producing their own types of content right now, some doing instagram stories, others ranting on youtube, another playing vidya on twitch.

plus they've been trying and failing to make this about class, the fact that all the corporations are humping BLM really forces them to be anti-riots right now. Plus none of the hosts are participating in the protests either which must piss their fans off.
