U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

Hopefully. The weekend might bring out more people though. I’m just hoping that once enough people get rubber bullets and tear gas for instigating things that people will get burnt out and stop. That said, we could be in for massive riots after the election.
It is 90-95 degrees F and sunny in DC right now. That could keep things quiet until nightfall. The temperature should drop 15-20 degrees by midnight. Being a Saturday night, I don't see why there won't be large crowds again.

most police brutality done against blacks in the US is done by black officers. Its just that those cases don't fit the narrative

It was interesting seeing that great example of racism in Atlanta where the black couple were pulled out by 5 black police officers.

Leftists should try implementing their abolish the police plan in Africa before trying to bring it over to the West.

For all of you who need a breath of fresh air / a reality check, a story of a friend of mine breaking out of her programming. Forgive the powerlevel, but I think stories like this are important for people on the verge of blackpill. Things are not so bad as they want you to believe.

My friend is in her early 20s, in college, white and suburban- so, prime demo for white-guilt activism. She asked me my thoughts on the protests. Thanks to the kiwis here, I was able to talk to her about every unarmed black man killed by the police in 2019, and the fact that bad officers DO face punishment (credit to the Tucker segment posted a few hundred pages ago). I could even link her to DoJ stats about police killings. We talked about why "abolish the police" would negatively impact the poor, and how we CAN tell rioters "how to express their grief", because we participate in a social contract to live in the USA- we follow the law, and in exchange we have access to infrastructure, social services, education, etc. So breaking the law by rioting / looting is a repudiation of the contract we all are benefiting from.

I pointed out that all the protests are pushing towards the same eventual goal- total overthrow of the United States government. Even the people who don't want that are unwittingly assisting that cause when they protest. That the criticisms being levelled by the left at the current system aren't accompanied by any solutions. Everyone, right and left, basically agrees on the problems, but that the left isn't offering any alternatives. I showed her the "restorative justice" infographics that police abolitionists support, and we discussed the funamental misunderstanding of human nature required to believe in it. She agreed when I said that racism is a mindset that some people hold (i.e. white women using the cops as a threat on black people, etc), and that no law will change a mindset.

I asked her, "If a core tenet of an ideology is that you may not question that ideology, what does that tell you about that ideology's strength?"

Today, she texted me a picture of protestor demands she had seen posted on Instagram and said, "You're right, they will never be satisfied."

People are waking up. These protests are making people question the programming they're being fed, and the left might not be happy about the answers they're finding. They want you to feel isolated, bizarre and unwanted for questioning things. Don't let them gaslight you.

Seriously, tbough, what is it going to take for the silent majority to fucking do something about this? These nogs and their faggot supporters (corporate, political and civilian) will never March into the 'burbs to burn our shit down so what else will it take? Are we supposed to just sit here and let the walls crumble around us as they whittle us down from a silent majority to a silent minority to the point where anybody not touting their cultist mantra is unpersoned?

What is this supposed to accomplish? They all look exceptional and targeting random businesses like this does not help.
It's especially stupid since dudes who run a business like this are not known for being squishy white liberals. The article notes that it was some fussy-sounding white lady (who claims to have already spent $1k on crabs this season from this place) who organized it. Not the blacks pictured.

aren't things like unreasonably hot weather and people too close together factors that lead to chaos? like sociologists say its responsible for increased gang shootings in the summer and other bullshit like that

I don't really think that's a hot-take or anything, I'm pretty sure studies have been done that back this up.
