Look, I'm also an artist, I have the same desire to reach multitudes with my stories and art.
But something I learned is never finalize the first draft. It's a thumbnail- a general idea.
You take that draft and develop it, tweak it, and add to it because chances are, it isn't a perfect draft.

She just takes the initial sketch and thinks "Oh this is perfect c:" instead of even LOOKING at it.
Just takes that shitty first idea sketch, and sets it in stone.
It's lazy and frankly pointless if you want to improve your art at all. Improvement is achieved through mistakes and critique, but this bitch won't take critique without crying and saying we're attacking her.

Yeah, when I started out, I was bad. Not Alt bad, but bad enough to be ashamed. And I was arrogant.
You don't improve until you get your head out of your ass. You have no right to be arrogant with your work unless you're literally some art god.

As an artist, one must learn to self-discipline which is a concept she probably won't ever fully grasp tbh. To improve your art, you must be willing to actually put work into it; dump your concepts that don't work. Don't dive right into lineart, do sketches. Figure out what works, figure out what doesn't by sketching it first and testing it out. Refine as you go once you have a solid idea. Bet she has no idea what "warm up" in the context of art actually means, much less does she do it.

Take what @Raspberry just said and apply it to improvement of the self. Then realize that Amanda is just as unwilling to improve herself as she is to improve her art. Her refusal to change can be seen in everything that she does.
