"Staggering" within this context means planning a strategy of timing: X comes before Y and finally Z. For example, "first we'll get Vic's deposition and then we'll file the TCPA motion to prevent any other depositions and finally we'll leak Vic's deposition and try to use it to smear him even further."

It's a seriously arresting notion that Vic could have diddled all the children and women in the world--all of them, and yet somehow it still would not dilute the fact that Ron and co. have carried themselves so fecklessly and poorly throughout this entire process; that they look like the villains in comparison to an aforementioned predator of women and children.

Like, Ron could be completely telling the truth unbeknownst to the people teasing him and it would just not fucking matter at all. And Ron, don't lie, you know how poorly you and Monica and the rest have acted this entire time. Just look at where you are. Look at how you're coping. And I imagine it tickles a certain animus in the back of your mind to know that this predator is walking away from this suit with more dignity than the lot of you have combined, win or lose. Absolutely stunning.

Look I know he is not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to social and emotional stuff. But as a proffessional real estate guy, he knows what SEO is, and no matter how delusional he is, wrapped up in his own lies, he should know that it would take about 150- 200K to fix his SEO problem ( and that is if he had the connections needed to do so)
