This post genuinely makes me laugh. They think twitter is a representation of the world and that if they cry a lot and tag a lot the bad people will leave twitter and thus cease to exist. Even if those companies unfollow Rowling, it means nothing. Even if Rowling left twitter or was removed, doubtful as that is, it does nothing. She's still there, she still has power, and she'd be incredibly angry with much more free time.
She has more money than she'll ever need and created a cultural phenomenon. Her impact will be remembered. Every single troon crying about her twitter will die having done nothing and forgotten by society. Probably most of them buried by their birthname and sex by family who are all too happy to sweep their deviancy right into a coffin or urn.
JK is probably playing the long con. She sees the behinnings of shifting public opnion. Years down the road she'll be hailed as a big voice at the forefront of the changing views on troons.
