Alright time for interjection. Yeah that sounds a lot like GGS but assuming biological change, 'cause that's exactly what it is. So. Is that real?
Well quite simply, GGS is absolutely fucking right when it comes to societal change. The mediterranean and south china sea were bloody great for civilization, 'cause first step in civ is being able to actually settle in an area with a stable food and water source which is also properly protected. (Egypt) Second step is being able to actually communicate with neighbors and establish logistics over larger areas which allow for proper resource gathering. (Phoenicia) And third is access to, well, metal and energy to allow for better infrastructure. So if planet earth was a fucking strategy game, those two regions, having fertile rivers connecting to a sea area which is protected from the worst meteorological evenets and with plenty of mountainous regions allowing for both proper defense and mineral and coal gathering would be the "you win" button of early starts. That is not to say that that's all there is to it, of course, but it is a seriously very fucking good deal.
By comparison africa is mostly savannah, that can't even fucking get past the step one, the areas that can are god damned isolated, they connect straight to the bloody ocean which has horrid fucking climate that loves to smash boats at the earliest chance and is arid as fuck. Making step 2 a nightmare. (That is of course except for northern africa, which is ethnically mediterranean for a fucking reason.) So it stands to reason that the most fertile areas wound up having isolationist governments while the rest got stuck on tribal phase.
So now as for the south americans and north americans. Which had damned near opposite issues. South is actually kinda funny, basically a tale of caution. Quite simply, compared with the mediterranean, they actually had a very interesting issue, namely they had an excess of resources, ease of plantation and the best fucking access to agriculture they could've asked for. But their sea trade was still fairly bad. So they kinda got stuck on the sedentary and didn't see the need to even communicate. Having tribalistic, imperialistic government arise... Until they got smashed by a near cataclysmic event. See. They made so much agriculture that they actually assfucked their own territory to death. The result? Mudslides, their plantations became arid as the lack of trees and abuse of the soil made them inoperable. And so what was gearing up to be one of the largest and most ferocious imperialistic forces got raped by mother earth into near extinction. And from that point on it was all death, sacrifices and war for them, as the overpopulation took its toll. That is until the spaniards came and brought knowledge of irrigation and proper soil maintenance with them, which started fixing things... And then smallpox fixed that whole overpopulation issue the hardcore way. Which was kinda tragic but actually in the long run probably helped societally. And btw before you say it, yes, same can be said about the black death in europe, it actually damned near propelled the scientific endeavor and was a major exponent in renaissance, so, it helped a lot despite the horror... It's best not to think too hard on how parasytes wind up having positive side effects for humanity. Because it's kind of depressing.
Anyway, as for the north, they faced the same issue as the Huns/Mongols, that is to say opposed to the south, their biggest issue was that communication was too easy and defense too hard due to the excess of plains, so quite simply their environment favored migratory civilizations and war amongst them. it's easier to graze the soil then move on, and fight with whoever doesn't want you there, than it is to actually figure out a way to stay in place when that kind of resources happens. Thing is... How is it then that the mongols managed to become a massive eurasian imperialistic blob while north americans got fucked? Easy. The mongols and their neighboring tribes got their advances from russians and southeast asian civilizations. As such, they got the technological advancements from someone else, and once they started using them they could mix the sedentary lifestyle with the warring potential. By comparison the north americans got their technological advancements from... No one really. To the south they had 2 neighbors, one was islanders which for the most part just fled on their boats to better lands if shit went south, and the other was the southern americans which couldn't really attack them in the plains but could definitely fuck their shit up massively if they tried to attack. So they just got stuck on a giant plain with nothing better to do and no reason to change their ways. That is until the British came and just massacred them all.
And so that is why GGS actually works quite well for early civ stages. But then the question remains. Does this affect IQ?
The answer is... it's complicated. See, the issue of IQ is actually far more complex than people think. The fucking ways to test IQ change all the time and neuroscientists can't even agree on most of it. So. Point is. IQ is actually a changing hypothesis right now and while parts of it can definitely be used to, for example, define mental disorders, it can't really be taken as a single objective massive number. Because for instance questions arise like how much should working memory count for? how much should permanent memory count for? reaction speed, maths, language, perspective and geometry, logical inference, etc. It has many fields, it's not a single bloody number like most think.
BUT. Yes, so much time with evolutionary pressures put towards a population would have noticeable effects. BUT, in humans evolution hasn't done that much at all actually. This is because, well quite simply, the reason evolutionary pressure affects other organisms is because they can't adapt otherwise, in humans societal and instrumental change allows us to nullify this, and indeed what we've seen is that even since the prehistoric times, humans haven't changed that much at all, no real pressure has managed to break through our capacity to adapt without needing to rely on biology to begin with, we've basically won the fucking evolutionary game, we found a way to stop it. It's called tools and cooperation. So the changes seen by the Human Genome Project and successive Epigenetic projects have been fairly minor in fact. But it is still likely that some difference is biological, since there is some degree of differenciation to begin with. Just... Not that much really. There's certainly a much higher intellectual gap between an autist and a non-autist than between a white and a nigga, so I'd say if we can actually integrate speds without resorting to discrimination (positive or negative) there should be no issue integrating niggas. And I assure you, we can absolutely integrate speds without discrimination. (Except for pills in some cases, and training. But the training should be part of just the "individual" part of education, teachers are already supposed to correct the issues of the dumbest in class, so that's a question for those protocols, not for society at large.) It kind of makes me wonder, just how many people are willing to fake stuff for attention or "the cause"? Like that lady who pretended she was helping put up panels to stop looting for 5 seconds. I do know that nearly every "hate crime" in the US over the past four years has been a hoax as I follow a weekly Youtube broadcast that tracks those things and follows up (Beauty and the Beta), so I assume a lot of this similar protest shit is just an opportunistic ploy for attention and the bizarre SJW clout of victimization. These people are not well and are also extremely hatable.

I would like them to get their wish, so they could see what a fucking nightmare it'd really be. But at the same time, I know what would happen if it were to happen. First of all, all the Somalis (because Minnesota was the first to call for it) would have free reign. The American blacks would be victimized and refuse to admit it's their brothers from the homeland, more calls about whitey being evil. The American Blacks would eventually move and bring their bullshit with them. That's the circle of "racism" I guess. i often argue at home that the cops are not racist per se but more like they are prejudiced from their daily work and from the fact that a lot of people are armed. Plus the training seems to be subpar in some aspects. Think about it: when you go to crimes done by blacks and that is the majority of crimes you start to view a lot of blacks as , how to put it, suspicious. In a way this might never end and that's where the BLM movement thrives on. they basically need this otherwise they die off.
