Well the city is propped up by chosen and white democrat tax money. The interesting thing is going to be how they react. Obviously the niggahoods will just expand their gangs as a new horrifying police where all punishment is summary and there is no court or appeal or oversight. That's a given. But the whites and (((whites))) still in the city will be left with the choice of either hiring private militias to protect them, or moving out and completely collapsing the economy of the region. If they hire private security, they are going to be sued to death every single time there is any sort of encounter between them and the orcs.

If history is a guide they'll move to safe white areas, under whatever cognitive dissonance excuse lets them keep pretending they are the good guys on the right side of history rather than white refugees from the niggerplague, and set up shop trying to do the same things they did to ruin their city.

The difference to me is that while Harry Potter and Star Wars have some general “political” themes that pop up frequently in stories, they’re by and large more for fun and entertainment value. Trying to turn them into real world political allegories is like trying to do the same with Jurassic Park or Indiana Jones. (I’ll give Star Trek a pass because the original series did have some seriously intended inspirational and moral overtones to it.)

1984 and Harrison Bergeron (and Animal Farm and Fahrenheit 451) on the other hand, were written specifically to be political/social commentary more than entertainment. For example, I wouldn’t disparage them from referencing The Handmaiden’s Tale, just disagree that it’s currently relevant.

Its going to be a new force that enforces only the policies that the party wants. Hate speech, gun control, taxes, etc.
Aside from that, they probably won't be doing much with regards to the community.

If local vigilance groups become an ongoing thing, just wait until there's a shooting incident caused by them. Black americans will find out that community patrols are even LESS accountable than the police.

If this is what people are wanting to get in place now? 1. If you live in these places, or have loved ones there, get them the fuck out and 2. It's only June. Plenty of time for it to go tits up, rapes and bodies in the streets to persuade the USA electorate "that was tarded"

A society without state regulated and funded police would be a world of private security mercenaries for the rich and lynch mob vigilantes for everyone else.
