If Holden were truly confident in his beliefs, I see no reason why he wouldn't do a live interview. Unless of course he's afraid of something other than doxxing (which we already have).

Some Croatian anons from /cow/ told me that in the past year or so his health/appearance has severely degenerated due to his lifestyle. I'm guessing that's why he's so adamant about the interview being conducted in a way that won't show his face.
