Just because some blacks can be bad doesn't mean all the good should be purged with the bad.

If we follow that logic, we should kill everyone on the planet, because every race and ethnic group has some embarrassments mixed with the decent ones.

1) Racial Paranoia. In diverse environments, people are constantly afraid that they will be mistreated. They misconstrue honest mistakes as racial hate.
2) False Positives. Innocent people will be falsely accused of racism and fired from their jobs or even sent to prison for hate crimes.
3) Political Correctness. People will always have to self censor about race to make sure no accidentally thinks they're racist. This is true for non whites as well because they have stereotypes of us.

5) Disproportionate Crime & Deaths. Certain groups will turn neighborhood into no go-zone. You will have freedom fighters that commit terrorist attacks to spark a race war, e.g. Gavrilo Princip or Dylan Roof

Diversity will ALWAYS have these downsides so if you want to promote diversity than you have to be honest about the consequences.
IMO these downsides cause people to be miserable and make diversity 100% impossible to maintain in the long run.
With the exception of disproportionate crime, all these problems still exist even with good non-whites.
