Gimme the people that talk about randomly borrowing a tractor to make a four wheeler race course on their land for fun.

I won't dox my state outright for some semblance of CYBER SECURITY, but I'm pretty deep in the mountains and many people down the road from me live in converted barns or sheds. The land here is unrestricted, you can basically do whatever you want. Permits, if you even bother, are dirt cheap. It's so extremely easy because everyone's trying to cram themselves into the cities for no reason. I took initiative with my wife; found land, got a loan (sad reality, but hey), and moved within a year. We dodged corona, we dodged looting, and who knows what else we'll have dodged in time, and life has never been better. There's a whole different country out there and it's fucking awesome. All that demonization of rural life by ((())) rhetoric has done a number on people and many still haven't figured out they want to keep you locked in your city pen, keeping the cogs turning for them. The only thing left to do to be completely self reliant is solar power, which is coming soon™

Maybe it's because i'm way the fuck out in rural/flyover land, but that was pretty much the norm in the 80s growing up, and to a lesser extent the early 90s. My childhood was fucking awesome, no cell phones, no internet, just rednecks and country folk.

I agree, but the hokey presentation - the sort-of tongue-in-cheek tabloid self-parody they do - can make people take China Uncesored less seriously.

I enjoy also Sepent[Zed]a and Laowhy, but they have a distinct grifter vibe. SerpentZA especially seems to be kind of narcissistic, but that doesn't mean I don't think they have useful observations about PROC.

It is bullshit. If they were serious about a peaceful protest, they'd enforce it among themselves and do the footwork to get the message across. In other words, select representatives to speak with local and state governments about reform, go through law enforcement training to get a better perspective, speak with officers, speak with locals, etc. They don't want to do any of that, because it means compromise and understanding. It's their way or nothing, like rowdy children. Also, many of them are sub 80 iq with daddy issues, or lack thereof.

Right wing documentaries always tend to fuck up the presentation and make themselves seem like the "American flag t-shirts from a gas station" of journalism.

While I do have suspicions that certain parties are pushing this shit as much as they can to try and influence the november elections, honestly I think the boring old likely answer is simply that the same professional protest chimp-out sub-demographic who turned Gretabolg the Goblin King into a worldwide saint and spent a week fucking up transportation links in major cities in her name have simply latched on to the latest trendy cause as they have done so a thousand times before.

Basically if something becomes fashionable to throw a public tantrum over, everyone in these networks worldwide will compete to throw the biggest public tantrum they can, despite having zero actual knowledge or interest in the shit they are publically breaking down in shrieking tears over and assaulting police for. These specimens exist in every country and are entirely willing to do absolutely everything it takes to get the attention they want

What makes them this way? Are these the same people who did shit like burn witches? Are they just operating on different software than others who don't do this shit? I know one joins the hivemind through recruitment and social media and shit, but is it maintained through the same methods religions have used all this time?
